Saturday Night Fever is the soundtrack double album from the 1977 film Saturday Night Fever starring John Travolta. The soundtrack was released on November 15, 1977 by RSO Records. Prior to the release of Thriller by Michael Jackson, Saturday Night Fever was the best-selling album in music history, and still ranks among the best-selling soundtrack albums worldwide, with sales figures of over 40 million copies.
Rational Youth was a Canadian new wave synth-pop band that was originally active between 1981 and 1986, and at various points up until the end of 2021.
Cold War Night Life is the 1982 debut album by Rational Youth, containing their most well known song, "Saturdays in Silesia". Long out of print, it was re-released by EMI on CD in 1997 after an e-mail campaign by fans. It was subsequently re-released by Universal Music in 2019.
All Our Saturdays (1981–1986) is a retrospective CD compilation of Rational Youth songs. The CD booklet contains a discography, a band biography written by vocalist and band mastermind Tracy Howe, and Howe's comments to each track. As a result, Howe, whose e-mail address was also printed, received hundreds of mails from fans; positive feedback which ultimately led to the reunion of Howe and co-founder Bill Vorn.
Early Singles is a CD box with re-issues of Rational Youth's pre-Heredity singles and the eponymous EP. The box was released by Swedish label October Records in a limited edition of 600 copies.
The 20th Anniversary Collection is a 2001 compilation CD by the Canadian new wave synth-pop band Rational Youth, released to commemorate its 20th anniversary. It was their final release, followed by the group's breakup in February 2002.

"I Feel Love" is a song by the American singer Donna Summer. Produced and co-written by Giorgio Moroder and Pete Bellotte, it was recorded for Summer's fifth studio album, I Remember Yesterday (1977). The album concept was to have each track evoke a different musical decade; for "I Feel Love", the team aimed to create a futuristic mood, employing a Moog synthesizer.

"Loving the Alien" is a song written and recorded by David Bowie. It was the opening track to his sixteenth studio album Tonight. One of two tracks on the album written solely by Bowie, an edited version of the song was released as a single in May 1985, nine months after the release of lead single "Blue Jean" and eight months after the release of the album. "Loving the Alien" peaked at No. 19 in the UK Singles Chart. "Loving the Alien" inspired the title of Christopher Sandford's 1997 biography of Bowie and the 2018 Bowie box set release, Loving the Alien (1983–1988).

The Lost Masters is the name given to an album project to release unheard, rare and extended remixes of songs by the British pop group Bucks Fizz. Two albums were originally released: The Lost Masters in 2006, and The Lost Masters 2 - The Final Cut in 2008. A third single-disc volume was released in April 2012 as a double-pack which included a re-release of the group's 1986 album Writing on the Wall. Finally, The Best of The Lost Masters, a 25-track compilation was released in April 2013, which also included a number of previously unreleased mixes.

The album was produced by Mike Thorne, who had previously produced lead singer Jimmy Somerville's earlier band, Bronski Beat. Although the singles released ahead of the album were only moderately successful, the first single to be lifted from it after release, "Don't Leave Me This Way", topped the UK Singles Chart for four weeks and became the best-selling single in the UK that year. During the single's four-week run at number one, the album itself peaked at number seven, going on to spend a total of 45 weeks in the UK Albums Chart.

Tracy Howe is a Canadian musician, singer and songwriter with the band Rational Youth, and previously The Normals and Heaven Seventeen. Howe was a member of Rational Youth from 1981 to 1986 and 1997 to 2002 and 2009–2021.
Warm on a Cold Night is the debut studio album by British electronic duo Honne. It was released on 22 July 2016 by Tatemae and Atlantic Records. The album features guest appearance by British singer-songwriter Izzy Bizu.
