Travis Jewett is an American college baseball coach and former player who is the current hitting coach and recruiting coordinator for the USC Trojans. Jewett played college baseball for Lower Columbia College team while obtaining his associate degree. He completed his education at Washington State University, where he did not play baseball. He served as head coach of the Tulane Green Wave (2017–2022).
Jewett played college baseball at Lower Columbia College during the 1990 and 1991 seasons.
In 1994, Jewett joined the Tacoma Community College coaching staff. The following season he was named the head coach of Tacoma. [1] [2] In 1997, Jewett left to take the head coaching job at Edmonds Community College. [3] He led the Tritons to the 1998 Northwest Athletic Conference title. [4]
Jewett then went on to assist at Gonzaga, Washington, Washington State, Arizona State and Vanderbilt.
On July 14, 2016, Jewett was named head coach at Tulane. [5] On May 16, 2022, Jewett agreed to part ways with Tulane, and Jay Ulhman was named the interim head coach for the remainder of the 2022 season. [6] Jewett compiled a 160–136–1 record over his 6 years as head coach of the Green Wave.
On July 7, 2022, Jewett was named the hitting coach and recruiting coordinator for the USC Trojans. [7]

Peter Clay Carroll is an American football executive and former coach who is an advisor for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL). He was previously the head football coach at the University of Southern California (USC) from 2001 to 2009 and the head coach of the Seahawks from 2010 to 2023. Nicholas Holt V is an American football coach who is currently the head coach of Skorpions Varese of the Federazione Italiana di American Football. Previously he was co-defensive coordinator and linebackers coach at Purdue University for three seasons from 2017 to 2019. Before that he was the defensive coordinator at Western Kentucky from 2013 to 2016. Earlier in his career, Holt was defensive coordinator and assistant head coach of the Washington Huskies, defensive coordinator and defensive line coach of the USC Trojans, and head coach of the Idaho Vandals from 2004 to 2005.
The 1931 college football season saw the USC Trojans win the Knute Rockne Memorial Trophy as national champion under the Dickinson System, as well as the No. 1 position from each of the other three contemporary major selectors. Rockne, who had coached Notre Dame to a championship in 1930, had been killed in a plane crash on March 31, 1931. For the first time, the champion under the Dickinson System also played in a postseason game. The 1932 Rose Bowl, promoted as a national championship game between the best teams of East and West, matched USC and Tulane, No. 1 and No. 2 in the Dickinson ratings. USC won, 21–12, and was awarded the Albert Russel Erskine Trophy.

The 1932 Rose Bowl was the 18th Rose Bowl game, an American post-season college football game that was played on New Year's Day 1932 in Pasadena, California. It featured the Tulane Green Wave against the USC Trojans. The Trojans had six All-Americans in their lineup: tackle Ernie Smith, guards Johnny Baker and Aaron "Rosy" Rosenberg, halfback Erny Pinckert and quarterbacks Orville Mohler and Gaius Shaver.
Lincoln Michael Riley is an American college football coach and former player who is the head coach of the USC Trojans football program at the University of Southern California. Riley previously served as the head coach at the University of Oklahoma for five seasons from 2017 to 2021, where he won four consecutive Big 12 Championship Games.

Jon Sumrall is an American college football coach. He is the head football coach at Tulane, a position he has held since the 2024 season. Sumrall served as the head football coach at Troy University from 2022 to 2023.
The 2022 USC Trojans football team represented the University of Southern California as a member of the Pac-12 Conference during the 2022 NCAA Division I FBS football season. Led by first-year head coach Lincoln Riley, the Trojans played their home games at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in Los Angeles. They finished the season 11–3, 8–1 in Pac-12 play to earn a trip to the Pac-12 championship game. Ranked No. 4 in the College Football Playoff, they lost to Utah in the conference championship game eliminating them from national championship consideration. They received a bid to the Cotton Bowl Classic where they lost to No. 16-ranked Tulane. Trojans quarterback Caleb Williams was awarded the Heisman Trophy for his performances during the season.

Jay Uhlman is an American baseball coach and former shortstop, who is the current head baseball coach of the Tulane Green Wave. He played college baseball at Los Angeles Harbor College from 1993 to 1994 before transferring to Nevada where he played in 1995 and 1997. He also served as the head coach of the Los Angeles Harbor Seahawks (2000–2001).
Troy Dannen is an American college athletics administrator. He has served as the seventeenth full-time athletic director at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln since March 2024, a position he previously held at the University of Washington, Tulane University, and the University of Northern Iowa.
