Professional career
Henderson signed with the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent on May 11, 2018. [2] He was placed on injured reserve on September 1, 2018. [3]
On August 31, 2019, Henderson was waived by the Bengals and was signed to the practice squad the next day. [4] [5] He was promoted to the active roster on December 7, 2019. [6]
On September 5, 2020, Henderson was waived by the Bengals and signed to the practice squad the next day. [7] [8] He was elevated to the active roster for the team's week 1 game against the Los Angeles Chargers, then reverted to the practice squad following the game. [9] He was again elevated to the team's active roster on September 17 for the team's week 2 game against the Cleveland Browns, then returned to the practice squad the next day. [10] On November 18, 2020, he was placed on the practice squad/COVID-19 list by the team, [11] and reinstated to the practice squad three days later. [12] He was signed to the active roster on December 12, 2020. [13] On December 26, 2020, Henderson was waived. [14] On December 29, 2020, Henderson re-signed with Cincinnati's practice squad. [15]
Henderson signed a reserve/future contract on January 4, 2021. [16] He was waived on August 31, 2021, [17] but signed with the practice squad the next day. [18]
On February 15, 2022, Henderson signed a reserve/future contract. [19] He was released during final roster cuts on August 30. [20]
