Trevor Maynard is a poet, playwright and editor. After an earlier career as a playwright, he current works as the managing editor of "The Poetic Bond" [1] an annual anthology of international poetry garnered from new media, social, and professional networking. Maynard is a member of The Poetry Society, a former executive member of The Writers' Guild of Great Britain, and former treasurer of the Theatre Writers' Union.

His early writing career was as a playwright, studying Theatre Studies and Drama at Royal Holloway College before going on to write and direct on the London Fringe at theatres such as The White Bear, Etcetera, Pentameters, and Barons Court. The Etcetera Theatre is a fringe venue for theatre and comedy. It was founded in 1986 and is situated above The Oxford Arms pub in Camden Town, in the London Borough of Camden.

The Pentameters Theatre was founded in 1968 and is still run by artistic director Leonie Scott-Matthews, a well known Hampstead resident. It is a 60-seat venue and is a fringe theatre in the London Borough of Camden, located above the Three Horseshoes public house in Hampstead. The theatre has a reputation for producing revivals, poetry, music events and cutting-edge new plays in particular.

The Lenny Henry Show is a comedy sketch show featuring Lenny Henry. It was originally broadcast between 1984 and 1988, and was later revived twice, in 1995 and 2004–2005.

Jawbone is a 2017 British drama film directed by Thomas Q. Napper and written by Johnny Harris. The film stars Johnny Harris, Ray Winstone, Ian McShane, Michael Smiley, Luke J.I. Smith and Anna Wilson-Hall. The film was released on 12 May 2017 by Vertigo Films.

His later career has been as a poet and editor. Since 2011 he has published the work of 170 poets from over 30 countries. In December 2018, the eighth volume in The Poetic Bond series was published, featuring 125 poems from 72 poets.

In 2013, Maynard contributed two poems to Men in the Company of Women [13] , and was also published in Aesthetica Magazine. In 2016, he edited and published Echoes In The Earth by award winning Indian poet Pushpita Awasthi [14]

Cole Swensen is an American poet, translator, editor, copywriter, and professor. Swensen was awarded a 2006 Guggenheim Fellowship and is the author of more than ten poetry collections and as many translations of works from the French. She received her B.A. and M.A. from San Francisco State University and a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz before going on to become the now-Previous Director of the Creative Writing Program at the University of Denver.
