Tribute to Elrey Jeppesen, also known as The Aviator, [1] is a 1994 bronze sculpture of Elrey Borge Jeppesen by American artist George Lundeen, [2] installed at the Denver International Airport, in the U.S. state of Colorado. [3] [4] The statue is 16 feet tall [5] [6] and has been described as "towering". [7]
