Rainbow Valley is a rural neighborhood south of Buckeye, Arizona, United States. It is unincorporated, meaning it is not within the city of Buckeye but instead Maricopa County. It is a very spread out neighborhood with approximately 34 people per square mile. To the east of Rainbow Valley is a community called Estrella Mountain Ranch. The neighborhood has no hotels or stores so one must either go to Estrella Mountain Ranch in Goodyear or a few miles north to Buckeye. Rainbow Valley has many mountains.
There is a current proposal to bring commuter rail service to the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area.
Belmont is a proposed planned city in the Phoenix metropolitan area of Arizona, United States. The development, a partnership between billionaire philanthropist Bill Gates and local real estate investors, will be a "smart city" designed around emerging technologies. It will be located in the West Valley area, along Interstate 10 near Tonopah.
