Troika is a chocolate-based confection made by Nidar AS of Trondheim, Norway. It consists of three distinct layers, prompting its name "Troika". The top layer is soft raspberry jelly, the middle layer is truffle, and the bottom one is marzipan. It is also covered with dark chocolate. [1] Troika was launched in 1939 with the name "Geletrøffel". The name of the chocolate is inspired by the Russian word "Troika", which means a group of three.

Kvikk Lunsj is the name of a chocolate bar that was launched by the Norwegian chocolate sweets manufacturing company, Freia, in 1937 and has been sold ever since — with the exception of a period during and after WWII. Between 1941 and 1949, production was halted due to a shortage of sugar and the lack of quality flour. The chocolate consists of four rectangular wafers covered in milk chocolate, with thinner layers of filler made from ground up discarded wafers and bars mixed with chocolate that is put between wafers in order to break the chocolate into pieces easier. The chocolate has been advertised as a "hiking chocolate", and it is often associated with skiing trips in Norwegian culture, especially during Easter vacation, where chocolate is often used to provide extra energy in packed lunches. Kvikk Lunsj is today owned and produced by Mondelez International and sold in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.

Viddalsdammen is a lake and a reservoir in Aurland Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The reservoir has an area of 4.13-square-kilometre (1.59 sq mi) and the elevation varies between 930 metres (3,050 ft) and 868 m (2,848 ft) above sea level. Joker Is is a defunct Norwegian manufacturer of ice cream that was bought by Drammens Is in 1991. For many years, the company was owned by the Nidar Group and eventually Nora Industrier, then from 1988 by the brothers Jan Erik Hokstad and Einar Hokstad. Drammens Is discarded the brand after they purchased the company. Joker Is had production and head offices in Trondheim.

Bergene was a producer of chocolate and other sweets in Oslo. The factory was established by colonial trader Anders Bergene in 1906, when he took over the premises in Københavngata after Olaf Larsens Chokoladefabrik moved out, before later being established in Akersbakken.
