Tropical North Queensland TAFE was a TAFE institute which delivered vocational education and training programs across a 268,000 square kilometre area of north-eastern Australia. The Institute offered about 400 courses in 30 vocational training areas in Queensland. [1]

In 2013, the institute merged with Barrier Reef Institute of TAFE to form TAFE Queensland North.

Central Institute of Technology is a Technical and Further Education (TAFE) institution based in Perth, Western Australia. It is the equal oldest post-secondary educational institution in Western Australia and the largest TAFE institution in Perth. Historically it was also known by the names of Perth Technical College, Central Metropolitan College of TAFE (CMC) and Central TAFE. North Metropolitan TAFE technical and further education institute in the northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia

North Metropolitan TAFE is a state government funded educational facility delivering Technical and Further Education (TAFE). It services the northern suburbs of Perth across ten campuses. It was formed on 11 April 2016, when the State Government announced after the Independent Review of the Vocational Education and Training Sector in Western Australia, that the 11 State Training Providers would be streamlined and form five new TAFE colleges in Western Australia. This resulted in the merging of Central Institute and West Coast Institute to form North Metropolitan TAFE.
