Troy Neal is a former professional American football player who played for the New York Jets of the National Football League. He attended Townsend Park High School, a segregated blacks-only school in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. He played for the Jets in the 1974 preseason before suffering a career-ending knee injury against the Denver Broncos. [1] [2]

He played college football as a running back for Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri, from 1951 to 1954 and professionally with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League (CFL) from 1955 to 1966. He served as the head football coach at his alma mater, Lincoln, from 1973 to 1975.
William Layton Roaf, nicknamed "Nasty", is an American former professional football player who was an offensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL) for 13 seasons. He played college football for Louisiana Tech Bulldogs, where he earned consensus All-American honors. He was a first-round pick in the 1993 NFL Draft, and played professionally for the New Orleans Saints and Kansas City Chiefs of the NFL. An 11-time Pro Bowl selection and nine-time All-Pro, he was enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2012 and the College Football Hall of Fame in 2014.
War Memorial Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Little Rock, Arkansas. The stadium is primarily used for American football and is the home stadium for the Catholic High School Rockets, the Parkview Magnet High School Patriots, and the secondary home stadium for the University of Arkansas Razorbacks. The USL League Two affiliated Little Rock Rangers hold both home games and youth academies at the stadium. The Arkansas Activities Association high school football championship games for all classifications are held at the stadium annually.

Archie "Gunslinger" Cooley is an American former college football coach. He served as the head football coach at Mississippi Valley State University from 1980 to 1986, University of Arkansas–Pine Bluff from 1987 to 1991, Norfolk State University in 1993, and Paul Quinn College from 2000 to 2006. At Mississippi Valley State, Cooley coached the tandem of Willie Totten and Jerry Rice, future College Football Hall of Fame quarterback and wide receiver, respectively.

Don Treadwell is an American college football coach and former player. He was most recently the interim head coach at University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, having previously served as the offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach on Doc Gamble's staff. Treadwell served as the head football coach at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio from 2011 to 2013 and as the offensive coordinator at Michigan State University from 2007 to 2010. He also acted as interim head coach after Mark Dantonio suffered a heart attack during the 2010 season. However, Michigan State credits the entire season to Dantonio's record.
