Bandar Baru kangkar Pulai is a township at the border of mukim Senai, district of Kulai, State of Johor Darul Ta'zim and mukim Pulai, city of Iskandar Puteri, district of Johor Bahru, State of Johor Darul Ta'zim, Malaysia.
