Synopsis

Despite suffering a traumatic past and battling a drinking problem, Russell Spivey is a successful police profiler. When he rejoins his team after a stint on psychiatric leave and finds himself on the trail of a serial killer, he must set aside his personal issues and do what he does best - delve into the mind of a murderer. But as Spivey gets closer to solving the case, it appears that the killer is now targeting him. Each victim is found with a mask - an all-too-familiar object of his childhood - and word games that leave him puzzled. Spivey must catch up with the Masked Murderer before he loses everyone he loves and his future becomes just as dark as his past.

Murder of James Bulger 1993 killing of a child in England

James Patrick Bulger was a 2-year-old boy from Kirkby, Merseyside, England, who was abducted, tortured, and murdered by two 10-year-old boys, Robert Thompson and Jon Venables, on Friday, 12 February 1993. Tyler Brennan Fictional character

Tyler Brennan is a fictional character from the Australian television soap opera Neighbours, played by Travis Burns. The actor was asked to audition for the role in 2014, while he was working in the United States. After winning the role, Burns relocated to Australia. Neighbours marks Burns' first Australian television acting job. He made his first screen appearance during the episode broadcast on 6 February 2015. Burns left the cast in late 2017, and Tyler made his on-screen departure on 27 February 2018. He made a brief return from 16 October 2018, and again on 3 April 2019.
