Tyson Craiggs (born August 8, 1981) is a former Canadian football linebacker who played for the BC Lions, Montreal Allouettes and Hamilton Tiger Cats of the Canadian Football League (CFL). [1]
Craiggs father, Ted Craiggs, played for the BC Lions in 1976 and is a former special teams coach for the Lions and Football BC president. Tyson was born in Kamloops, British Columbia and played junior football for the Tri-City Bulldogs in 2001 as well as for St. Thomas More Collegiate.
He went to the University of Saskatchewan and played for the Saskatchewan Huskies football team. In 2002, he was third in the country in solo tackles (59) and played on the CIS Mitchell Bowl Championship Team, the Huskies went on to lose the Vanier Cup 33-22. In 2004, Craiggs had 38 kickoffs for 1909 yards and led the Huskies Defense in Tackles they went on to lose the lowest scoring Vanier Cup of all time 7-1 to the Laval Rouge et Or. He signed with the BC Lions in 2005 as a Free Agent. Eventually becoming the teams Special Teams Captain.
In 2005, the Lions signed Craiggs as a free agent. He made the team out of training camp as a Linebacker and was 6th on the team with 9 special teams tackles. In 2006, Craiggs had a career-high 18 total tackles finishing 3rd on the team in his 2nd year in the CFL.
Michael O'Shea is the head coach of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He is a former Canadian football linebacker and former special teams coordinator of the Toronto Argonauts of the CFL from 2010 to 2013, winning the Grey Cup in 2012. O'Shea played 16 seasons in the CFL for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Toronto Argonauts from 1993 to 2008. He retired second all-time in career tackles with 1,154 and is one of only three players to record over 1,000 tackles. He won the CFL's Most Outstanding Canadian Award in 1999 after recording 84 tackles, 13 special teams tackles and three interceptions that year. O'Shea is a three-time Grey Cup champion as a player, having won all three with the Argonauts in 1996, 1997, and 2004. He is also a two-time Grey Cup winning head coach, having won with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in 2019 and 2021; O'Shea also won the Grey Cup previously as a special teams coach with the Toronto Argonauts in the 100th Grey Cup.
Javier Glatt is a retired professional Canadian football linebacker who played for eight seasons in the Canadian Football League. He spent one season with the Edmonton Eskimos, but spent seven years with the BC Lions and won a Grey Cup championship with the team in 2006.
Micah Johnson is an American professional football defensive tackle for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was originally signed by the New York Giants as an undrafted free agent in 2010. He played college football for the Kentucky Wildcats. He has also spent time with the Miami Dolphins, Kansas City Chiefs, Cincinnati Bengals, Green Bay Packers, Calgary Stampeders, BC Lions, and Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

He played CIS football for the Bishop's Gaiters. Yurichuk is also the founder of Wuxly Outerwear.
Cory James Greenwood is a former Canadian professional football linebacker. He is a Grey Cup champion, having won the 106th Grey Cup with the Stampeders. He played college football for the Concordia Stingers from 2006 to 2009.
The Saskatchewan Huskies football team represents the University of Saskatchewan in U Sports football that competes in the Canada West Universities Athletic Association conference of U Sports.
