Umm al-Fahm is a city located 20 kilometres northwest of Jenin in the Haifa District of Israel. In 2018 its population was 55,182, nearly all of whom are Arab citizens of Israel. The city is situated on the Umm al-Fahm mountain ridge, the highest point of which is Mount Iskander, overlooking Wadi Ara. Umm Al Quwain is one of the seven constituent emirates in the United Arab Emirates, located in the north of the country. It is the second smallest and least populous Emirate in the UAE.
