UNCW Soccer Stadium is a 3,000-capacity stadium located in Wilmington, North Carolina. The stadium is home to the University of North Carolina Wilmington Seahawks men's and women's soccer teams.
UNCW Soccer Stadium hosted the 1996 CAA men's and women's soccer tournaments, as well as the semifinals of the 2008 and 2009 men's CAA tournament. [1]

Macpherson Stadium, located in Browns Summit, North Carolina's Bryan Park, is a USL League Two stadium that seats 7,000 and is the home to PDL club North Carolina Fusion U23 and the Greensboro College men's soccer team. Prior to the opening of Macpherson Stadium, the team played at UNCG Soccer Stadium. The stadium hosted the soccer events for the 2007 State Games of North Carolina.

For the championship games, extra bleachers were brought in to expand the capacity to 10,583 people.
Brett Alan Blizzard is an American-Italian basketball player. Originally of American nationality, Blizzard opted to acquire dual citizenship in Italy while playing overseas. He became eligible to play on Italy's national team because of a distant Italian relative. Including Virtus Bologna, Blizzard has played for seven professional teams in his career. He also owns and operates The American Basketball Experience, which brings European youth basketball players to America to train and experience American culture.

They finished the season 29–6, 15–3 in CAA play to win the regular season championship, their third consecutive championship. They defeated Delaware, William & Mary, and the College of Charleston to win the CAA tournament. As a result, they earned the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament for the second consecutive year. As the No. 12 seed in the East region, they lost in the first round to Virginia.

The Seahawks are led by second-year head coach Takayo Siddle. They played their home games at Trask Coliseum as part of the Colonial Athletic Association. They finished the season 27–9, 15–3 in CAA play to finish in a tie for the regular season championship with Towson. The Seahawks defeated Elon and Charleston in the CAA tournament before losing to Delaware in the championship game. They received a bid to the College Basketball Invitational tournament as the No. 9 seed. They defeated VMI, Drake, Northern Colorado, and Middle Tennessee to win the CBI championship.
The 2021 CAA women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Colonial Athletic Association held from November 4 through November 7, 2021. The tournament was held at Rudd Field in Elon, North Carolina. The four-team single-elimination tournament consisted of two rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The defending champions were the Elon Phoenix, who were unable to defend their title, after not qualifying for the tournament and finishing fifth in the regular season standings. The Hofstra Pride won the tournament by defeating Northeastern 2–1 in the final. The conference tournament title was the seventh overall for the Hofstra women's soccer program and the sixth overall for head coach Simon Riddiough. Both Hofstra and Riddiough have won four of the last five CAA Tournaments. As tournament champions, Hofstra earned the CAA's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Tournament.
