USM Stadium or fully as Stadium Olahraga Universiti Sains Malaysia (English: Universiti Sains Malaysia Athletics Stadium) is a multi-purpose stadium in Penang, Malaysia. The stadium is under the jurisdiction of Universiti Sains Malaysia.
The stadium formerly hosts football matches for USM from 2009 until 2012, when the team was playing in Liga FAM and Liga Premier.

Universiti Sains Malaysia is a public research university in Malaysia. Founded on 1 June 1969 as a statutory body with its own constitution, it is among the oldest institutes of higher learning in Northern Malaysia. It has three campuses: a main campus on the island of Penang, a health campus in Kelantan, and an engineering campus in Nibong Tebal. There is currently an overseas collaboration with KLE University, India offering the Doctor of Medicine (USM) undergraduate degree. USM plans to open a Global Campus in Kuala Lumpur Education City (KLCE).

He is the head of the Institute of Language and Literature of Malaysia and the holder of the European Chair of the Malay studies at Leiden University in Leiden, Netherlands. A recipient of the honorary title of Dato' Seri by the state, he is also a Distinguished fellow of the International Institute of Islamic Civilization and Malay World.
