While he had a retirement tour in 2014, Gutiérrez has wrestled most recently in March 2019. Robert Edward Brooks, better known by his ring name Robbie Brookside, is an English retired professional wrestler. He is currently signed to WWE, where he works as a trainer/producer for the NXT brand. He has toured all over the world during his career, wrestling in the United States, Japan, Germany, and Mexico. He was a regular tag partner of Steve Regal in the United Kingdom and has competed in New Japan Pro-Wrestling's annual tournament, the Super J, in 1997, where he picked up a victory over Chris Jericho.

The official weight definition of the middleweight division in Mexico is from 82 to 87 kg. The championship was created in 1933 and was promoted regularly until December 8, 2008. Empresa Mexicana de Lucha Libre (EMLL) had control of the championship from its creation until 1992, at which point it was transferred to Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA). The championship's history between 1933 and 1937 is only partially known; for some periods it is unclear who held the championship. The first champion was Yaqui Joe; records of the identity of his opponent for the championship are unclear. In early 2009, AAA stopped promoting all Mexican National Championships, opting to focus on its AAA-branded championships instead. In 2021, the championship was reactivated by Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre, with Templario defeating Dragón Rojo Jr. to win the vacant title.
Daniel López López is a Mexican luchador and trainer, best known under the ring name El Satánico. He was originally an enmascarado, but lost the mask early in his career and has performed unmasked ever since. Contreras is best known under the ring name Ringo Mendoza, which he has used since his debut in 1968. Contreras has three brothers who were also professional wrestlers, Pedro Jacobo Contreras who worked as Cachorro Mendoza, a brother who wrestled as Indio Mendoza and a third brother known under the ring name "Freddy Mendoza". Mendoza wrestled his last match in 2011, transitioning to being a full-time trainer instead.
Arturo Beristain is a retired Mexican professional wrestler, or Luchador in Spanish, who works as a wrestling trainer at the Mexican professional wrestling promotion Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre's (CMLL) gym in Mexico City, Mexico. Beristain is best known for working under two different ring names, Talismán and El Hijo del Gladiador; both personas started out as enmascarados, or masked, and Beristain lost both masks in Luchas de Apuestas. He lost the Talismán mask to Atlantis in 1984 and the Hijo del Gladiador mask to Rencor Latino in 2000. As Talismán, Beristain won the Mexican National Welterweight Championship twice, the Mexican National Middleweight Championship and the Mexican National Lightweight Championship. As el Hijo del Gladiador he has won the CMLL World Trios Championship with Gran Markus, Jr. and Dr. Wagner Jr. and the IWRG Intercontinental Middleweight Championship. When Beristain lost the "Hijo del Gladiador" he was announced as "Arturo Beristain Ramírez" to further the storyline that he was actually the son of wrestler "El Gladiador", but his last name is not actually Ramírez.
Pedro Jacobo Contreras is a semi-retired Mexican Luchador or professional wrestler best known under the ring name Cachorro Mendoza. Cachorro Mendoza means "Cub Mendoza" in English and refers to the fact that he is the youngers of the Mendoza brothers Ringo, Indio and Freddy all of whom are Luchadors. Over the years he's worked extensively for Empresa Mexicana de Lucha Libre (EMLL) and the Universal Wrestling Association (UWA), often teaming with his brothers, especially Ringo Mendoza. The Mendoza brothers have held the Mexican National Tag Team Championship on one occasion, and he has also held the Mexican National Middleweight Championship, the NWA World Middleweight Championship and the UWA World Middleweight Championship during his career. Cotreras briefly worked as Máscara Sagrada on the Mexican Independent circuit, using the outfit and name of the original Máscara Sagrada without permission. He retired from professional wrestling in the late 1990s but returned to the ring in 2009 to team with his brother Ringo Mendoza on a series of shows promoted by International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG).

El Solar is the ring name of a Mexican Luchador enmascarado, or masked professional wrestler who has been working in Mexico since 1975. El Solar's real name is not a matter of public record, as is often the case with masked wrestlers in Mexico where their private lives are kept a secret from the wrestling fans. His brother works as El Solar II and his son has been wrestling as El Hijo del Solar since 2008.
