Ugo Nastrucci (born 14 December 1953 in Milan, Italy) is a lutenist, theorbist, and composer. [1]
He studied composition with Irlando Danieli and Giacomo Manzoni at the Conservatorio "G.Verdi" in Milan. He studied lute with Massimo Lonardi, Paolo Chierici and Hopkinson Smith and conducting with Simone Fontanelli.
He was a founding member of many ensembles of Early Music, notably Ens. "Pian E Forte" and collaborated with such ensembles as "Il Conserto Vago", "Lo Scrigno d’Orfeo", "Europa Galante", "Ensemble Arte-Musica", "Capella Leopoldina", ’”Alessandro Stradella Consort", 'Ensemble “Zefiro”, “I Barocchisti” and "Accademia del Ricercare".
He is the author of much incidental music for theatrical productions, orchestral, chamber and choral works, and serves as a professor of composition at the Istituto Superiore di Studi Musicali "Vittadini" in Pavia, Italy.

Vito Frazzi was an Italian neo-romantic composer. He was born in San Secondo Parmense, and studied at the Parma Conservatory, where he learnt composition from Guido Alberto Fano. From 1912 to 1958 he taught piano, harmony, counterpoint and composition at the Florence Conservatory; there he came into contact with Ildebrando Pizzetti, who was director of the conservatory from 1917 to 1923, and who influenced Frazzi's compositional style. Frazzi also taught at the Accademia Musicale Chigiana from 1936 to 1963. His students included Bruno Bartolozzi, Bruno Bettinelli, Valentino Bucchi, Luigi Dallapiccola and Angelo Francesco Lavagnino.
Andrea Della Corte was an Italian musicologist and critic. Born in Naples on 5 April 1883, Della Corte studied law at the University of the native city, but was self-taught in music. After some short experiences in Neapolitan papers, he moved to Turin, where he was music critic for La Stampa from 1919 to May 1967. He brought the music journalism in Italy to a level of «professionalism hitherto unknown». In Turin, Della Corte also taught history of music, both at the Conservatory (1926–53) and at the University (1939–53).
