Umberto Curi (Verona, 4 September 1941) is an Italian philosopher and former professor at University of Padua.
Umberto Curi obtained his degree in 1964 and subsequently specialized in philosophy in 1967 at the University of Padua. [1] In 1971 he obtained the teaching position in the "history of modern and contemporary philosophy". He became a full professor in 1986, at the Faculty of Lettere e Filosofia of the University of Padua. He retired in 2008 and was then appointed emeritus professor. [2] He directed the “Istituto Gramsci-Veneto” cultural foundation for over twenty years and was also, for a decade, a member of the Board of Directors of the Venice Biennale. [3]
Ludovico Geymonat was an Italian mathematician, philosopher and historian of science. As a philosopher, he mainly dealt with philosophy of science, epistemology and Marxist philosophy, in which he gave an original turn to dialectical materialism.

Luigi Zoja is an Italian psychoanalyst and writer. He took a degree in economics and did research in sociology during the late 1960s. Soon thereafter he studied at the C. G. Jung Institute in Zurich. After taking his diploma, Zoja returned to Zurich to work at a clinic for several years. He maintains a private practice in Milan. He also practiced for two years in New York City, during a period that bracketed the terrorist attacks on New York and Washington, D. C. He has taught regularly at the Zurich Jung Institute, and also on occasion at the Universities of Palermo and Insubria. From 1984 to 1993, Zoja was president of CIPA, and from 1998 to 2001 was president of the IAAP. Later he chaired the IAAP's International Ethics Committee. His essays and books have appeared in 14 languages.
Nicla Vassallo, is an Italian analytic philosopher with research and teaching interests in epistemology, philosophy of knowledge, theoretical philosophy, as well as gender studies and feminist epistemology. She is currently a Full Professor in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Genoa, a Research Associate of National Research Council, and on List of alumni of King's College London. She also is a poet and lives in Rome.
Remo Bodei was an Italian philosopher. He was a professor of the history of philosophy at the UCLA University, Los Angeles California, and also taught at the University of Pisa and Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa. Bodei was born in Cagliari. His initial interests were in classical German philosophy, and the Weimar Classicism period (1770–1830). He subsequently penned over 200 papers on utopian thinkers of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, and contemporary political thought. He died in Pisa, aged 81.
