Andrew David Jenkinson, known professionally as Ceephax Acid Crew, is a British electronic musician and record producer who works primarily in the acid house and drum and bass subgenres. Jenkinson is also known simply by the pseudonym Ceephax, which is a reference to the BBC teletext service Ceefax. He is the younger brother of Squarepusher.
Fatih Tekke, known by his given nickname Sultan, is a Turkish football coach and former player who is currently the head coach of Alanyaspor. He started his professional career at Trabzonspor and later played for Altay, Gaziantepspor, Zenit, and Beşiktaş. He achieved recognition as the top scorer in the Süper Lig during the 2004–05 season. Tekke also represented the Turkey national team, and he eventually retired from playing, transitioning into a managerial role.
Ceephax Acid Crew is the name of two 12" vinyl EPs and a double-CD album of music by Ceephax Acid Crew. All tracks except "Milk Tray" from Part 1 and "Acid Vaccination" from Part Two were released on the double-CD. Additional songs on the double-CD are from Radiotin EP, Bainted Smile EP and Acid Legacy EP.
Funkcronomicon is a 1995 various artists collection of tracks produced by Bill Laswell under the name Axiom Funk, after Laswell's associated record label. It is a 2-CD set that was released by Island Records. Funkcronomicon features heavy participation from various members of Parliament-Funkadelic, to the degree that Funkcronomicon is widely considered to be a full-fledged P-Funk album. The album features what may be Pedro Bell's last authentic artistic renderings, as well as P-Funk guitarist Eddie Hazel's last recordings before his death in 1992. The album comprises newly recorded tracks, as well as tracks that have been featured on other Bill Laswell productions. Produced and compiled at Greenpoint Studio in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, Funkcronomicon contains songs that were recorded as early as Maceo Parker's For All the Kings Men (1989) period. The album title is a play on Necronomicon, a fictional book.
