The United States Army Legal Services Agency (USALSA) is an agency under the Judge Advocate General of the US Army since 1973. This was a result of the Military Justice Act of 1968 that updated the courts and the UCMJ. [1] The USALSA was originally created from the Army Field Operating Agency.
