Uro (Both Galician and Spanish for "aurochs") is a Spanish brand of all-wheel-drive and military trucks, based in Santiago de Compostela, Galicia.
The Uro parent company, Urovesa, was started in 1981 by a group of ex-IPV employees. They quickly established themselves as a leading player in the 4x4 rural fire-fighting and construction Spanish truck markets.
From 1984 on, they became certified provider of the Spanish Army, which currently operates more of two thousand of Uro vehicles, including the well-known URO VAMTAC (Vehículo de Alta Movilidad Táctico / High Mobility Tactical Vehicle), equipped with a 190hp Steyr diesel engine, while most of the other Uro ranges feature Iveco engines.
The Spanish Army Uro VAMTACs have been instrumental in the performance of Spanish forces in international interventions in Afghanistan, Iraq and Lebanon. The Royal Moroccan Army (FAR) has ordered 1200 VAMTACs as well as 800 Iveco trucks. The deal is worth 200 million euros.
Since 1991, an Urovesa subsidiary, Uromac, produces in Castropol (Spain) small dumpers and off-road forklifts, also used by the Spanish Army.
IVECO S.p.A., an acronym for Industrial Vehicles Corporation, is an Italian transport vehicle manufacturing company based in Turin and a wholly owned subsidiary of CNH Industrial. It designs and builds light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles, quarry/construction site vehicles, city and intercity buses and special vehicles for applications such as firefighting, off-road missions, the military and civil defence. The name Iveco first appeared in 1975 after a merger of Italian, French and German brands. Its production plants are in Europe, Brazil, Russia, Australia, Africa, Argentina and China, and it has approximately 5,000 points of sales and service in over 160 countries. The worldwide output of the company amounts to around 150,000 commercial vehicles with a turnover of about €10 billion.
Pegaso was a Spanish manufacturer of trucks, omnibuses, tractors, armored vehicles, and, for a while, sports cars. The parent company, Enasa, was created in 1946 and based in the old Hispano-Suiza factory, under the direction of the renowned automotive engineer Wifredo Ricart. In 1990, Iveco took over Enasa, and the Pegaso name disappeared in 1994.
The Mamba is a South African armoured personnel carrier designed for internal security purposes. It was developed during the late 1980s to replace the Buffel in service with the South African military and security forces. The first models were built on a 4X2 Toyota Dyna chassis, which was subsequently replaced in production around 1994 by a more reliable Unimog chassis. All marks of the Mamba were designed to be mine-resistant and blastproof.
The Ural-4320 is a general purpose off-road 6×6 vehicle, produced at the Ural Automotive Plant in Miass, Russia for use in the Russian army. Introduced in 1976, it is still in production today. The wheel arrangement for the Ural-4320 was designed for transporting cargo, people and trailers on all types of roads and terrain. It also serves as a launching platform for the BM-21 "Grad" rocket launcher.
The KM131 Jeep, alternately K131 or KM420, is a light utility vehicle manufactured by Kia Motors in South Korea. The Kia KM131 Jeep was designed and developed by Asia Motors, and it started being delivered to the South Korean army in 1997 as the replacement for its predecessor, the KM111 Jeep. Its civilian version is known as the Kia Retona, and was sold between 1998 and 2003. The 42 series vehicles are 1/4 ton capacity and are available in various configurations, serving since 1997. A toy version is sold as part of a larger construction toy set sold by Oxford Toy in South Korea.
Iveco LMV is a 4WD tactical vehicle developed by Iveco, and in service with several countries. After its adoption by the Italian Army as the Veicolo-Tattico-Leggero-Multiruolo (VTLM) Lince, it won the Future Command and Liaison Vehicle (FCLV) competition of the British Army as the Panther, but the fleet was put up for sale in 2018.

The URO VAMTAC is a Spanish four-wheel drive military vehicle manufactured by the UROVESA. Externally it is similar in appearance and design to the Humvee of the United States Military due to similar requirements. More than 2,000 of the vehicles have been delivered to the Spanish Armed Forces. Several other countries operate the VAMTAC as well, and it has seen service most recently in Afghanistan and Syria. The vehicle comes in two models, named I3, S3 and ST5, and has several configurations.

SCAM produces special vehicles for markets where climatic conditions require the use of engines type Euro3. SCAM vehicles are primarily marketed to military, government, and municipal customers. In the year 2017 the company changed its name to SCV srl.
The Iveco Zeta was a light to medium-duty truck model produced by the Italian manufacturer Iveco. Appearing in 1976 and entering production in 1977, its cab was developed with the aid of Fiat's wind tunnel in Orbassano. The Zeta series continued the lineage begun with the 1959 introduction of the OM Lupetto. The Lupetto, as well as the Leoncino, the Daino, and the Tigrotto, were all replaced by the OM X-series in 1972, which then formed the basis for the Zeta range. The Zeta itself was replaced by the all-new Iveco Eurocargo in 1991.
The Zastava NTV is a Serbian 4x4, multipurpose, all-terrain infantry mobility vehicle designed by Military Technical Institute Belgrade and Zastava Trucks and manufactured by Zastava TERVO. Primarily users are Serbian Army and Gendarmery (Serbia) with many potential for export.
