Jason Phillip Randall White is a Scottish former rugby union footballer. He was a utility forward who played in the second or back row of the scrum – lock, flanker, or number eight. White played at club level for Glasgow Caledonians ; the French Top 14 side ASM Clermont Auvergne; and English Premiership side Sale Sharks. He won 77 caps playing for Scotland, captaining the side on 19 occasions.
Charles Christopher Hodgson is a retired English rugby union player, having previously been a player for Sale Sharks and Saracens. His position was fly-half and he is the leading Premiership points scorer of all time. Hodgson also played for England, until announcing his international retirement in 2012. Pat Sanderson is a former England international rugby union player and a former flanker for Worcester. He is the brother of the former England player Alex Sanderson. His early rugby union career blossomed at Bury Grammar School, Littleborough RUFC and then at Kirkham Grammar School and included his first international cap for the England 16 Group Schools team. For the 1994/95 and 1995/96 seasons he played for Preston Grasshoppers Colts. The Colts won the Lancashire County Rugby Football Union Colts Cup in both seasons, in the latter season he played alongside his brother, Alex Sanderson, the future England Captain, Steve Borthwick, and John Kirkpatrick. He joined Manchester Sale in 1996 and was capped by England U21s and England A. He moved to Harlequins where he played in the 2001 Powergen Cup final, when Quins lost to Newcastle by 30–27.
Christopher Michael Jones is a retired English rugby union rugby player. He played as a lock or flanker, featuring for Sale Sharks and Worcester Warriors in the English Premiership and Yorkshire Carnegie in the RFU Championship.
Charles Luke McAlister is a retired New Zealand rugby union footballer. He played at fly-half and at centre. He is the brother of New Zealand women's sevens player Kayla McAlister and son of rugby league footballer Charlie McAlister.

Sébastien Bruno is a French rugby union footballer who plays as a hooker for Toulon and formerly for France. Born in Nîmes, Bruno joined Sale Sharks from French club Béziers, making his debut against Leicester Tigers in 2004. In the 2005–2006 season, Bruno played as a replacement in the final as Sale Sharks won their first ever Premiership title. He made his international debut in 2002 against Wales, and was selected as a member of France's 2007 Rugby World Cup squad held in France. Bruno returned to France for the 2009–10 Top 14 season signing for Toulon.

Sale Sharks are a professional rugby union club from Greater Manchester, England. Its team play in Premiership Rugby, and have been in England's top division of rugby union continuously since 1995. Originally founded in 1861 as Sale Football Club, it is one of the oldest existing football clubs. It adopted the nickname Sharks in 1999.
