Vanderson Scardovelli (born 27 September 1984) is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a left back.
Vanderson started his career at Corinthians, he signed a three-year contract on 5 April 2004.
He was on loan to Ituano of Brazilian Série B, and São Bento of Campeonato Paulista.
On 10 July 2007, he signed a one-year contract with Campo Grande of Campeonato Carioca Terceira Divisão, which de facto associated with his agent Pedrinho VRP.
On 23 August 2007, he was on loan to Siena, [1] and then spent other loan spells in Italy with Martina [2] and Treviso.
In the summer of 2012 Vanderson signed for Azerbaijan Premier League side Khazar Lankaran on a one-year contract. [3] Vanderson won his first piece of silverware with Khazar on 23 October 2013, after helping them to victory over Neftchi Baku in the 2013 Azerbaijan Supercup. [4] Vanderson left Khazar Lankaran in December 2014, after having his contract cancelled by the club. [5]
After being released by Khazar Lankaran, Vanderson signed a short-term contract with Brazilian side Paulista. [6]

The Khazar Lankaran 2012–13 season is Khazar Lankaran's eighth Azerbaijan Premier League season. Khazar Lankaran finished in 8th place in the league, after competing in the Relegation Championship during the second half of the season. They also reached the final of the Azerbaijan Cup, eventually losing to Neftchi Baku on penalties after a 0–0 draw. They competed in the 2012–13 UEFA Europa League, getting knocked out by Lech Poznań of Poland at the second qualifying round stage having previously defeated Nõmme Kalju of Estonia, 4–2, in the first qualifying round. Khazar started the season under Yunis Huseinov, until he resigned on 31 October 2012. Erik Roqueta Capilla was appointed as their caretaker manager on 1 November 2012. On 14 November 2012, Carles Martorell Baqués was appointed as the club's permanent manager, replacing caretaker manager Erik Roqueta Capilla. Baqués resigned as manager on 26 February 2013. On 8 March 2013 John Toshack was announced as the new manager, taking over from 15 March 2013.
The 2013–14 season was Gabala's ninth season as a club and their eighth season in the Azerbaijan Premier League, the top flight of Azerbaijani football. They finished the season in their highest ever position, third, and earned qualification to the UEFA Europa League for the first time in the club's history. They also participated in the Azerbaijan Cup, reaching the final for the first time, where they lost to Neftchi Baku on penalties. It was their first, and only, season with manager Yuri Semin, who mutually terminated his contract at the end of the season. Danijel Subotić was the team's top goalscorer for the season with 13, 12 of which came in the Premier League.

Neftchi are the defending champions of the Azerbaijan Premier League and will also compete in the 2013–14 Azerbaijan Cup. They entered and were eliminated at the 2nd qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League by Skënderbeu Korçë of Albania. Following their elimination from the Champions League, Boyukagha Hajiyev resigned on 25 July 2013, and was replaced by Tarlan Ahmadov. Ahmadov was sacked as manager on 23 October 2013 following Neftchi's 2–1 defeat to Khazar Lankaran in the Azerbaijan Supercup. Nazim Suleymanov was appointed the club's manager on 25 October, but resigned on 8 January 2014 following a dispute over transfer fund, and Boyukagha Hajiyev returning as manager on 11 January.

They started the season by competing in the 2013–14 UEFA Europa League, reaching the 2nd qualifying round, after defeating Sliema Wanderers, before losing 0-10 on aggregate to Maccabi Haifa. As runners up in the previous season Azerbaijan Cup, Khazar took part in the revamped Azerbaijan Supercup, emerging victorious against Neftchi Baku. They started the season competing in the 2013–14 UEFA Europa League, defeating Mariehamn before losing to Tromsø in the second qualifying round. They reached the Quarterfinals of the Azerbaijan Cup, losing to Neftchi Baku, and finished 2nd in the League.

They reached the Quarterfinals of the Azerbaijan Cup, losing to Gabala, and they were crowned Champions of the Premier League.
