Vegard Skogheim is a Norwegian football coach and former player who played as a midfielder.
Vegard Ulvang is a retired Norwegian cross-country skier who won three Olympic gold medals, two silver, and one bronze. At the opening ceremony of the 1994 Winter Olympic Games, he took the ceremonial Olympic Oath on part of all the athletes. In addition to his Olympic achievements, he received the Holmenkollen medal in 1991, and won the World Cup in 1990. He has also won nine gold, six silver, and two bronze medals in the Norwegian Championships. He earned nine World Cup race victories. Ulvang also won the 50 km at the Holmenkollen ski festival in 1989, 1991 and 1992.
Vegard Heggem is a Norwegian former professional footballer who played as a right back. He rose to prominence with Rosenborg, winning three league titles and a cup, and scoring a goal to knock Milan out of the UEFA Champions League. In 1998, he joined Liverpool, but was troubled by injury during his five seasons there before retiring. In a two-year international career, Heggem earned 20 caps for Norway, scoring once in his debut match. He was part of their squads at the 1998 FIFA World Cup and UEFA Euro 2000.

The 2019 season was Bodø/Glimt's second season back in the Eliteserien since their relegation at the end of the 2016 season. Bodø/Glimt finished the season in second position, qualifying for the first qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League. In the Norwegian Cup, they were knocked out by Strømmen in the second round.
The 2020 season was Bodø/Glimt's third season back in the Eliteserien since their relegation at the end of the 2016 season. They finished as champions of the Eliteserien for the first time, and in turn qualified for the UEFA Champions League for the first time, whilst the Norwegian Cup was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Norway. In Europe, Bodø/Glimt reached the Third Qualifying Round of the Europa League where they were knocked out by Milan.
The 2020 season was IK Start's first season back in the Eliteserien following their relegation at the end of the 2018 season. They finished the season in 15th position and where relegated back to the 1. divisjon at the first opportunity.
