Alavus is a town and municipality of Finland. It is located in the province of Western Finland and is part of the Southern Ostrobothnia region, 52 kilometres (32 mi) southeast of Seinäjoki, 138 kilometres (86 mi) north of Tampere and 319 kilometres (198 mi) north of Helsinki. The town has a population of 11,198 and covers an area of 1,151.46 square kilometres (444.58 sq mi) of which 52.31 km2 (20.20 sq mi) is water. The population density is 14.17 inhabitants per square kilometre (36.7/sq mi). Neighbouring municipalities are Alajärvi, Kuortane, Seinäjoki, Virrat and Ähtäri.
Töysä is a former municipality in Western Finland. It was consolidated to Alavus on 1 January 2013. It is part of the Southern Ostrobothnia region. The municipality had a population of 3,122 and covered an area of 309.66 square kilometres (119.56 sq mi) of which 11.91 km2 (4.60 sq mi) was water. The population density was 10.4853/km2 (27.157/sq mi). Most inhabitants spoke Finnish, with hardly any other languages being spoken.

The Flaghouse Homes were a Baltimore segregated public housing project built in 1955. They were located in the Jonestown section of Southeast Baltimore North of Little Italy and East of downtown bounded by Pratt Street on the South, Baltimore Street on the North, Central Avenue on the East and President Street on the West. They were demolished in 2001.
Prespa Glacier on Rozhen Peninsula, Livingston Island in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica is situated east-northeast of Tarnovo Ice Piedmont, east of the head of Charity Glacier, southeast of Ruen Icefall and southwest of Macy Glacier. It is bounded to the east by Needle Peak and Ludogorie Peak, to the northwest by St. Cyril Peak and St. Methodius Peak, and to the southwest by Shumen Peak and Yambol Peak, and flows southeastward into Bransfield Strait between Gela Point and Samuel Point. The feature extends 3.5 km in east-west direction and 2.5 km in north-south direction. The glacier is named after Prespa Peak in the Rhodope Mountains, Bulgaria.
The Caudron C.60 was a French two-seat biplane of the 1920s and 1930s with a single engine and a canvas-covered fuselage. The French aircraft manufacturer Caudron developed this aircraft from the Caudron C.59. It was mainly used as a trainer aircraft.

Willowbrook Park is a recreational park in Willowbrook, Staten Island, New York City, within the Staten Island Greenbelt. The 164-acre (0.66 km2) public park provides baseball fields, a playground, and a pond. A carousel was opened in 1999. The former Staten Island Hotel can be seen from the park.

Kaakinmaa is a district in Tampere, Finland, located in the city center. It includes the area south of Pyynikki Church Park between the Hämeenpuisto park and the Mariankatu street. To the south, the area extends to Eteläpuisto on the shores of Lake Pyhäjärvi. The neighboring parts of the city are Nalkala in the east, Amuri in the north and Pyynikki and Pyynikinrinne in the west. Sometimes Kaakinmaa is incorrectly considered to belong to Pyynikki and Pyynikinrinne; however, Kaakinmaa has its own district.
