Victor Mela Danzaria (born 1973) is a politician in the Billiri Local Government Area of Gombe State. [1] He is a member of House of Representatives in Nigeria, representing the Balanga-Billiri Federal constituency in Gombe State [2] and Vice Chairman of Solid Minerals Committee. [3]

He was an active member and Executive of the Nigerian-Canadian Association of Saskatchewan (NCAs) since its inception in 2016. [4]

He contested under All Progressives Congress party in February 2019 and polled 45,112 votes to defeat a serving member, Ali Isa, who scored 35,395 at the National assembly elections. [5]

He received master's degree in Geology from University of Jos, Plateau State.

Sa'idu Ahmed Alkali is a Nigerian politician who was elected Senator for the Gombe North constituency of Gombe State, Nigeria in August 2010 after the death of the incumbent senator Kawu Peto Dukku. He was reelected in the April 2011 national elections, running on the People's Democratic Party (PDP) platform.

Kumo is the second largest commercial center in Gombe state, It is located on the A345 highway approximately 40 km south of Gombe. It serves as a collecting point for vegetables, peanuts (groundnuts), cotton, and corn (maize) and as a local trade centre for the sorghum, millet, cowpeas, cassava (manioc), peanuts, goats, cattle, sheep, fowl, horses, donkeys, and cotton raised by the Fulani, Tangale, and Hausa peoples of the surrounding area. The secondary highway between Gombe and Biliri serves the town.

Nkeiruka Chidubem Onyejocha is a Nigerian politician and a ranking lawmaker in Nigeria’s Federal House of Representatives. She represents Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency of Abia State. Aishatu Jibril Dukku, is a Nigerian educationist and politician from Gombe state. She served as Federal Minister of State for Education during the presidency of the late President Umaru Musa Yar' Adua. Since then, she served as a parliamentarian in the Nigerian National Assembly. She is currently an Honourable Member of Nigerian House of Representatives representing Dukku and Nafada Federal constituency, Gombe State, Nigeria.

The 2023 Nigerian Senate elections in Gombe State will be held on 25 February 2023, to elect the 3 federal Senators from Gombe State, one from each of the state's three senatorial districts. The elections will coincide with the 2023 presidential election, as well as other elections to the Senate and elections to the House of Representatives; with state elections being held two weeks later. Primaries were held between 4 April and 9 June 2022.

Usman Bello Kumo is a Member of House of Representatives representing Akko federal constituency of Gombe State. He is the chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Police Affairs, the same position he held in the Seventh Assembly and a former two times Chairman of Akko Local Government Area. He was born in Kumo, headquarters of the Akko Local Government Area.

Ali Isa is a Nigerian politician and administrator. He is a former member of Nigeria's House of Representatives, representing the Balanga/Billiri Federal Constituencies of the Gombe state.
