Vidar Norheim

Vidar Norheim (born 13 October 1981 [1] ) is a Norwegian drummer, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter.

Born in Molde, Norheim started drumming as one of the original members of the jazz group DIXI in 1996. He is also a graduate of the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, where he specialized in songwriting. In 2004 he also joined a Liverpool-based band which eventually became Wave Machines, which has toured in England, the USA and Norway and in June 2009 released its debut album Wave If You're Really There. Norheim has lived in Liverpool since 2002 and is married to the Liverpudlian singer-songwriter and playwright Lizzie Nunnery, with whom he has collaborated on several album releases.

On 12 August 2011 he was nominated for a prize at the Trondheim Calling music festival. [2] In November 2016 he released his first solo EP on Furuberget. [3]

Ludvig Moon is a pop-rock band from Oslo, Norway. The band started as a solo act in 2012 when Anders Magnor Killerud left Spellemannprisen-winning pop band Team Me to pursue his own music. The band released their first songs on NRK Urørt. It was with these songs that they earned Urørt Ukas title on the NRK Urørt website. In 2014 they released their first EP which was self-titled. They released their debut studio album Kin in October 2016, and their second album Vanilla in May 2020.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Furuberget</span>

Furuberget is an independent record label founded in 2013 and based in Oslo, Norway. The label was created by musicians André Lersveen and Ole Torstein Hovig. The company name comes from the name of the forest in Hedmark where Lersveen grew up, Furuberget Nature Reserve. In addition to their digital releases, Furuberget operates an online store through bandcamp for its vinyl releases. Furuberget has signed many artists including The Hallway and previously Ludvig Moon with Spellemannprisen winners as members. Vidar Norheim, former member of Liverpool band Wave Machines, is also signed to Furuberget with his solo EP. Uno Møller, formerly of pop band Team Me, released Lizards under Furuberget in February and his album will come under the label later in the month.

Lizzie Nunnery is an English playwright and singer-songwriter. She has participated in the Future Perfect scheme for new playwrights run by Paines Plough.
