Viel Bjerkeset Andersen (born 20 June 1963) is a Norwegian artist noted for her outdoor installations and photography, [1] especially related to public buildings and structures. [2]

Bjerkeset Andersen grew up in Bærum, with photography as her initial medium. She attended the Norwegian National Academy of Craft and Art Industry, École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts, and the Norwegian National Academy of Fine Arts.

She has won several awards and grants for her work, including the Beautiful Roads award, [3] governmental grants from Norway, Finland, and France. Her work includes outdoor exhibits [4] and design at schools, [5] highways, tunnels, [3] and hospitals all over Norway.

Viking Fotballklubb, commonly known as Viking or Viking Stavanger internationally, is a Norwegian football club from the city of Stavanger. The club was founded in 1899. Jæren Line

The Jæren Line 74.7-kilometer (46.4 mi) long railway line between Stavanger and Egersund in Jæren, Norway. The name is no longer in official use and the section is regarded as the westernmost part of the Sørlandet Line. Owned by the Norwegian Railway Directorate, the line has double track from Stavanger Station to Sandnes Station, and single track from Sandnes to Egersund Station. The line is electrified at 15 kV  16.7 Hz AC and equipped with centralized traffic control and GSM-R. The line is served by the Jæren Commuter Rail and intercity trains along the Sørlandet Line, both operated by the Vy. CargoNet runs container freight trains on the line, which terminate at Ganddal Freight Terminal.

Jåttåvågen Station

Jåttåvågen Station is a railway station located in the municipality of Stavanger in Rogaland county, Norway. The station is located at Jåtten in the city of Stavanger, about 7.2 kilometres (4.5 mi) from the main Stavanger Station. It is served by the Jæren Commuter Rail operated by Go-Ahead Norge by up to four hourly trains in each direction. The station is located along the double track section of the Sørland Line, and was opened on 8 January 2009, replacing Jåttå Station. The station is within a minute's walk of Viking Stadion and Jåttå Upper Secondary School. The station is co-located with a Kolumbus bus stop, allowing transfers to and from Line 11.

The 2020 season was Viking's 2nd consecutive year in Eliteserien, and their 70th season in the top flight of Norwegian football. The club participated in the Eliteserien and the UEFA Europa League. The Norwegian Cup was cancelled.

The 2021 season is Viking's 3rd consecutive year in Eliteserien, and their 71st season in the top flight of Norwegian football. The club participates in the Eliteserien and the Norwegian Cup. It is the club's first season with Bjarte Lunde Aarsheim and Morten Jensen as managers. Viking ended the Eliteserien season in 3rd place, the club's first top-three finish since 2007.
