Kairana and Kandhla migration row refers to persecution and mass migration of Hindu families from Kairana and Kandhla in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh during the period 2014–16. Media sources have stated that the migration was due to threats of extortion from a Muslim Extremist Mukim Kala,described as a "gangster." NHRC reports and accounts of several eyewitnesses also states that the Muslims in Kairana town pass lewd/taunting remarks against Hindu females and due to this,they avoid going outside frequently.

Madan Bhaiya,born Madan Singh Kasana,is an Indian politician. Bhaiya is a member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly and as of 2022 represents the Khatauli Assembly constituency. Bhaiya has a reputation as a folk hero in his area and is often referred to as Bahubali or Bhaiya Ji Madan. He has been linked to gang violence and as of 2013 had over half a dozen alleged murder charges. He travels in a bulletproof car along with 2–3 pilot cars containing his security detail. She gained nationwide fame for her role in investigating Amit Kumar Kidney Racket case. Saini is an alumnus of Delhi School of Economics,and she is a gold medalist from there.
