Villa Mazán is a municipality and village in La Rioja Province in northwestern Argentina. [1]
The Arctic Archipelago, also known as the Canadian Arctic Archipelago, is an archipelago lying to the north of the Canadian continental mainland, excluding Greenland and Iceland.
The Amundsen Glacier is a major Antarctic glacier, about 7 to 11 km wide and 150 km (80 nmi) long. Bewsher, who named it for a character in Alexandre Dumas' novel The Three Musketeers, the most popular book read on the southern journey.
The Grimsley Peaks are five linear peaks just south of Stor Hanakken Mountain in the Napier Mountains of Enderby Land, Antarctica. They were mapped by Norwegian cartographers from air photos taken by the Lars Christensen Expedition of 1936–37. They were remapped from air photos taken by Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions in 1956 and were named by the Antarctic Names Committee of Australia for S.W. Grimsley, a technical officer (ionosphere) at Wilkes Station in 1961.

Matha Strait is a strait lying between Adelaide Island and the south end of the Biscoe Islands. The strait takes its name from "Matha Bay", the name originally applied by Jean-Baptiste Charcot, leader of the French Antarctic Expedition, 1908–10, to the water feature as he conceived it. The British Graham Land Expedition under John Rymill, 1934–37, recognizing that it is really a strait rather than a bay, changed the name to Matha Strait. The name is for Lieutenant André Matha, second-in-command of the French Antarctic Expedition, 1903–05, also under Charcot.
The La Gorce Mountains are a group of mountains, 20 nautical miles long, standing between the tributary Robison Glacier and Klein Glacier at the east side of the upper reaches of the Scott Glacier, in the Queen Maud Mountains of Antarctica.
