Vinnytsia Administrative Court of Appeal is the Court of Appeal for the Oblasts of Vinnytsia, Khmelnitsky and Chernivtsi. It is located in Vinnytsia.
According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine on October 16, 2008 No. 941/2008 “On improving the network of administrative courts” Vinnytsia Administrative Court of Appeal was created with 42 judges.
According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine on August 12, 2010 No. 812/2010 “On Amendments to the Decree of the President of Ukraine of November 16, 2004 № 1417” Cherkasy was excluded from the jurisdiction of Vinnytsia Administrative Court of Appeal.
According to the Decision of the High Council of Justice on December 20, 2010, Vitaliy M. Kuzmyshyn was appointed Chairman of Vinnytsia Administrative Court of Appeal. At that time Kuzmyshyn headed Vinnytsia District Administrative Court.

According to the Decision of Vinnytsia Regional Council No. 1072 on November 30, 2010 the building on Soborna Street, 48 / Kozytskogo Street, 34 was leased the Court.
Pursuant to paragraph 4, Section VII “Final and Transitional Provisions”of the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine the Court was declared open by State Judicial Administration of Ukraine.
The Court began operation on December 15, 2010. Celebrations were held on April 12, 2011. Applying Article 115 of Law of Ukraine “On Judiciary and Status of Judges” and following a meeting of the judges, two chambers processing separate categories of cases were established. Zalimskiy Ihor H. and Storchak Volodymyr J. were appointed as Secretaries of the chambers.

The Central Election Commission of Ukraine is a permanent and independent collegiate body of the Ukrainian state that acts on the basis of the Constitution of Ukraine, the laws of Ukraine and is responsible for organizing the arrangements and the conduct of the presidential and parliamentary elections in Ukraine as well as the local elections at all levels, managing the all-Ukrainian and local referendums according to the procedure and within the legal framework defined by the laws of Ukraine.

Mykola Volodymyrovych Tomenko is a Ukrainian politician. He has been a member of Ukraine's parliament, the Verkhovna Rada from 2006 until 2016. In 2014, Tomenko became a member of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc, which elected him to the 8th Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada on its party lists during the 2014 parliamentary election. On 25 March 2016 the party Congress of Petro Poroshenko Bloc removed Tomenko's parliamentary mandate using the Imperative mandate provisions of the Ukrainian constitution. This was considered illegal by Tomenko; on 28 July 2016 Ukraine's highest Administrative Court rejected his appeal to gain back his parliamentary seat.
The Second Yanukovych Government was a governing coalition of the Party of Regions, the Communist Party and the Socialist Party in Ukraine after the 2006 Ukrainian parliamentary election and the 2006 Ukrainian political crisis. Until 24 March 2007, it was known as the Anti-Crisis Alliance.
The political crisis in Ukraine lasted from April to June 2007 was part of political stand off between coalition and opposition factions of Verkhovna Rada that led to the unscheduled 2007 Ukrainian parliamentary election. It started on 2 April 2007 as a culmination of long lasting crisis and degradation of the parliamentary coalition when the President of Ukraine attempted to dissolve the parliament.
Early parliamentary elections were held in Ukraine on 30 September 2007. Snap mayoral and city council elections were held in Kyiv on 25 May 2008. The election, originally scheduled to be held alongside nationwide 2010 local elections, was called by the Verkhovna Rada by a 246–5 vote on March 18 amid corruption allegations involving the incumbent Mayor Leonid Chernovetskyi. The local election determined the new Mayor of Kyiv, as well as the composition of the 120-seat Kyiv City Council.

Oleksandr Volodymyrovych Lavrynovych is a Ukrainian physicist, lawyer, politician, former member of the Supreme Council of Justice of Ukraine, a former Ukrainian member of parliament and former Minister of Justice of Ukraine. He is a Merited Jurist of Ukraine (2003). He was one of the founders of the first democratic party in Ukraine in 1989 – People's Movement of Ukraine and considered to be one of the "fathers" of the independence of Ukraine from the Soviet Union.
The second Tymoshenko Government was appointed on 18 December 2007 as a coalition between Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko (BYuT) and Our Ukraine-People's Self-Defense Bloc (OU-PSD), OU-PSD is the party of then-President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko, following the 2007 Ukrainian parliamentary election. The High Council of Justice, or sometimes the Supreme Council of Justice is the national council of the judiciary of Ukraine, which submits motions to appoint, dismisses and disciplines judges. In 2021, the Ethics Council was created with the intention of selecting the members of the High Council of Justice in a way that would help to create an independent and efficient judiciary in Ukraine.
The second Azarov government was the government of Ukraine from 24 December 2012 to 28 January 2014. It was dissolved amidst the Euromaidan protests. The 7th Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada was a session of the legislative branch of the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's parliament. Its composition was based on the results of the 2012 parliamentary election. Half of the seats in the parliament were apportioned between the five winning parties based on the popular vote, while the other half was apportioned between 4 parties and 44 independents between 225 constituencies throughout the country. It first met in the capital Kyiv on December 12, 2012, and ended its session on November 27, 2014, after the 8th Verkhovna Rada began its first session.
