Terry Gene Kilgore is an American attorney and politician. A Republican, he was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in 1993, and became chair of the Commerce and Labor committee in 2008. He currently represents the 1st district in the far southwestern corner of the state, near Cumberland Gap. He graduated with a B.A. from the University of Virginia's College at Wise, previously named Clinch Valley College, and a J.D. from the College of William & Mary's School of Law.
Lynwood Wayne Lewis Jr. is an American politician and lawyer. A Democrat, he was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in November 2003, representing the 100th district, which consists of the Eastern Shore counties of Accomack and Northampton, and parts of the cities of Norfolk and Hampton.
Daniel Webster Marshall III is an American politician and race car driver. He was a member of the Danville, Virginia city council 2000–2001. He has been a Republican member of the Virginia House of Delegates since 2002, representing the 49th district, made up of Danville and parts of Henry and Pittsylvania Counties.
Robert Dickson Orrock, Sr. is an American politician. Since 1990, he has been a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing the 66th district in the east-central part of the state, including parts of Caroline and Spotsylvania counties; the former county is included in the Greater Richmond Region and the latter county is included in the Washington metropolitan area. From 1990–1991, the District encompassed all of Spotsylvania County, part of Caroline County, and part of the Fredericksburg City. From 1992–2001, the District encompassed part of Spotsylvania County and all of Fredericksburg City. He is a member of the Republican Party.
Rosalyn Randolph Dance is an American politician, who served in the Senate of Virginia from 2014 until 2020. She was a member of the Virginia House of Delegates from 2005 to 2014, and was mayor of Petersburg, Virginia from 1992 to 2004. Dance is a member of the Democratic Party.

William James Howell is an American politician from the Commonwealth of Virginia. He represented Virginia's 28th House of Delegates district from 1992 until 2018 and served as Speaker of the Virginia House of Delegates from 2003 to 2018. He also serves as chairman of the Virginia Sesquicentennial of the American Civil War Commission. Presiding over the House during a period of Republican dominance in that chamber, Howell has been applauded by many in and out of his party as a pragmatic leader but is also notable for heading Virginia's controversial redistricting efforts following the 2010 census and firmly opposing efforts to expand Medicaid under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
