Virginia's 25th House of Delegates district

Virginia's 25th House of Delegates district elects one of 100 seats in the Virginia House of Delegates, the lower house of the state's bicameral legislature. District 25 represents part of Albemarle, Augusta and Rockingham counties. The seat is currently held by Republican Chris Runion. [1]

Charniele Herring

Charniele LeRhonda Herring is an American politician. She has served in the Virginia House of Delegates since 2009, representing the 46th district, made up of portions of the city of Alexandria and Fairfax County, near Washington, D.C. Herring is a member of the Democratic Party. She has been the House Democratic Caucus Chair since 2015 and in December 2012, she was the first African-American to be elected chair of the Democratic Party of Virginia.

Since 2010 she has served in the Virginia House of Delegates, representing the 41st district in the Fairfax County suburbs of Washington, D.C. She is a member of the Democratic Party. She is also the first woman and Jew to serve as Speaker of the Virginia House of Delegates.

Christopher T. Head is an American politician. A Republican, he was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in 2011. He represents the 17th district, made up parts of Botetourt and Roanoke counties and the city of Roanoke, in the western part of the state.
