Face to Face is a punk rock band from Southern California, formed in 1991 by frontman Trever Keith, bassist Matt Riddle and drummer Rob Kurth. Rigor Mortis (band)

Rigor Mortis was a thrash/speed metal band that formed in 1983 in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas metroplex. Two schoolmates, Harden Harrison (drums) and Casey Orr (bass), formed the band when they met Mike Scaccia (guitar). The three young men shared an interest in horror/gore films and very heavy music. With Bruce Corbitt on vocals, they created some of the heaviest thrash metal at the time often flirting with death metal. They were also one of the only major thrash bands from Texas and virtually created the underground metal scene there. The band was signed by Capitol Records in 1987.

Chris Shiflett American musician, rock guitarist

Christopher Aubrey Shiflett is an American musician. He is most recognizable as lead guitarist for the American rock band Foo Fighters. He was previously a member of the punk rock bands No Use for a Name (1986–2012) and Me First and the Gimme Gimmes (1995–2017). He joined the Foo Fighters in 1999 following the release of their third album There Is Nothing Left to Lose, and performed with all three bands as well as several other side projects simultaneously. He also hosts a podcast titled Walking the Floor and has released two solo albums, the most recent in 2019.

Scott Shiflett American rock musician; bassist

Scott David Shiflett is an American musician who has been the bassist in the punk rock band Face to Face since 1995. Born in Santa Barbara, California, he is the brother of Foo Fighters lead guitarist Chris Shiflett. Scott has also performed in the bands Viva Death, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, Jackson United, and 22 Jacks.

Viva Death are an America rock band formed from members of the bands Face to Face, Foo Fighters and The Vandals. They have released three albums to date and also have numerous unreleased tracks on their website. Viva Death are known for using Baritone guitars rather than normal guitars to achieve their unique sound.

Jackson United

Jackson United is an American punk rock band, formed by singer and lead guitarist Chris Shiflett in 2003. Shiflett recruited his older brother Scott Shiflett (bass) and Pete Parada (drums) to complete the band. A debut eponymous EP was recorded and released in 2003. Shortly after this release Parada left the band. He was replaced by Cary Lascala, and the group was then further expanded with the addition of a rhythm guitarist, Doug Sangalang.

Bruce Kendall Corbitt was an American heavy metal vocalist from Dallas, Texas, best known for alternately fronting the bands Rigor Mortis and Warbeast. His aggressive vocals were first showcased on Rigor Mortis’ self-titled debut, which was released by Capitol Records in 1988. The album is regarded as a landmark of speed metal, and the band is one of the first of its type to have a major label release.
