Vtiger is an open-source and cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) software developed by the Indian software company Vtiger, founded in 2004. ^{[1] [2] [3]}

The software provides businesses with tools for sales automation, customer support, marketing automation, project management, inventory/products and billing. ^{[4] [5] [6]}

History

Vtiger originated as a fork of SugarCRM, ^{[7] [8]} and was launched by AdventNet (now known as Zoho Corporation). ^{[9] [10] [11]}

Products

In 2010, the company introduced a cloud-based version of Vtiger CRM. ^{[12] [13]}

Vtiger released version 6 of its open source in 2014. ^[14] In 2017, Version 7 of its open-source CRM was released. Version 9 of its cloud CRM offering was released in 2020. ^{[15] [16] [ non-primary source needed ]}
