Vue De Lac (French for "View of Lake") is a complex of three towers in Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Two of the towers, Vue De Lac 1 and Vista Del Lago, have 40 floors. Vue De Lac 2 has 45 floors. Completion of the complex was initially promised for September 2007. [1] In 2009 a group of 30 investors filed a case with RERA against delays in construction and changes to design plans. [1] An official from Al Attar Properties responded that the changes were due to regulation changes and that refunds would not be considered. [2] In early 2010 Al Attar Properties started chasing investors for $18.5 million, despite the development still not being completed.
Al Attar Properties has been subject of extensive lawsuits by the investors. [3] As of 2011 main construction work had still not commenced on the development. [4]
The development featured on an episode of Homes from Hell on ITV1 in July 2010.

The Al Attar Business Tower is a 38-floor tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 158 m (518 ft). It was built by South African construction contractor Murray & Roberts. The owner of this business tower is Al Attar Properties which did not deliver any of their promised project even after 10 years. They have been subject of extensive lawsuits by the investors.
The Al Seef Towers is a cluster of three residential buildings in the Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The complex has two towers that are 35 floors and one tower 40 floors. Construction of the Al Seef Towers was completed in 2008.

Tameer Commercial Tower is an office skyscraper that began construction in 2009, developed by Sorouh Real Estate. The tower is the tallest between a complex conjoined between four other buildings in a major building project called the Tameer Towers, owned by the Tameer corporation. The Tameer Towers are located in a section of the city Abu Dhabi called Al Reem Island, which is a new development area for the city.
