Walid Mahmoud El Doumiati (born July 16, 1968 in Beirut, Lebanon) is a retired Lebanese professional basketball player who last played for Sporting Al Riyadi Beirut. Doumiati alongside Elie Mechantaf and Fadi El Khatib helped build the sport of basketball in Lebanon since the draft of Lebanese NBA player Rony Seikaly. Walid was committed to Sporting Al Riyadi Beirut leading the team to successive titles, despite being held back by archrivals Hekmeh BC during the 1990s. Walid was also a member of the Lebanon national basketball team during its first ever appearance in the 2002 FIBA World Championship [1] in Indianapolis after earning a silver medal at the 2001 ABC Championship.

Al Riyadi Club Beirut is a multi-sports club based in Manara, a district in Beirut, Lebanon. Founded in 1943, the basketball team competes in the Lebanese Basketball League.

The Lebanese Basketball League is the top-tier professional men's basketball league in Lebanon. It is organized annually as a national championship with playoffs and a national cup by the Lebanese Basketball Federation (FLB).

Jean Abdel-Nour is a Lebanese basketball player. He had a successful 2002–03 season with Ghazir which led him to be signed by the Bluestars for the 2003–04 season. He stayed with the Bluestars until the 2008–09 season where he was the leading Lebanese scorer on the team averaging 16 ppg and 7.4 rpg. After the season finished Bluestars dropped from the first division, and Abdelnour subsequently signed a 4-year contract with Sporting Al Riyadi Beirut. Abdel-Nour is also a member of the Lebanon national basketball team, with whom he competed with at the 2006 FIBA World Championship.

Hussein Tawbe is a former Lebanese basketball player. Tawbe was a member of the Lebanon national basketball team, with whom he competed with at the 2006 FIBA World Championship and FIBA Asia Championship 2007. He previously played for Sporting Al Riyadi Beirut and Sagesse.

Bassem has played for various clubs within Lebanon, including Sporting Al Riyadi Beirut and Achrafieh side Hekmeh BC.

Yasser El Hajj is a former Lebanese basketball player. He is the head coach of the Lebanese American University (LAU) Women Basketball Team. El Hajj, alongside former teammate Walid Doumiati, helped Sporting Al Riyadi Beirut after entering the title race with Beirut rivals Hekmeh BC. Yasser also competed for the Lebanon national basketball team in the 2001 ABC Championship.

Ismail Ahmed Abdelmoneim, also known as Somaa, is an Egyptian-Lebanese professional basketball player for Al Riyadi Club Beirut of the Lebanese Basketball League. He was a main member of the Egypt national basketball team that participated in the FIBA Africa Championship 2001 in Casablanca in Morocco and in the FIBA Africa Championship 2003 that took place in Alexandria, Egypt. He is nicknamed "The Egyptian Pharaoh".

Ali Mansour is a Lebanese professional basketball player for the Al Riyadi Club Beirut of the Lebanese Basketball League, and for the Lebanon national team. Mansour was named MVP in the 2016 Under 18 Arab Basketball Championship, and Best point guard in the 2021 Eurasian League Basketball championship. He is widely regarded as one of the best guards in the Lebanese league.
