Walterstown GFC is a Gaelic Athletic Association football club based in & around the town of Navan, in County Meath, Ireland. The club plays Gaelic Football competing in Meath GAA & Leinster competitions. The club has won the Meath Senior Football Championship five times & the Leinster Senior Club championship twice.
Walterstown GFC was founded in 1902 and one of the first mentions of the club was when they entered a Dunshaughlin tournament in aid of the parochial house. [1] The club won the first two Senior Football Championships in 1887 and 1888 under the name Dowdstown GAA. In the late 1970s and 1980s the club won more titles and are currently the only club from Meath to have won a Leinster Senior Club Football Championship twice.
As of 2024, the club provides Girls/Ladies football at U6, U8, U10, U11, U12, U13, U14, U15, U16, U19 & Senior levels and Boys/Mens football at U6, U8, U10, U12, U13, U14, U15, U16, U18, U21 & Senior.[ citation needed ]

The European Youth Chess Championship is organized by the European Chess Union (ECU) in groups under 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18 years old. The first tournament was held in 1991, and the under 8 category was introduced in 2007. Until 2002 there was also a tournament for the under 20 group. There are also specific tournaments for girls only, in the same age categories.
North Walsham R.F.C. is a rugby union club representing the market town of North Walsham in Norfolk. Between 1990 and 2008 the club competed in National Division Three South, making it Norfolk's only national League rugby team, but the team was relegated to London Division One for the 2008–09 season after a defeat against Lydney on 19 April 2008. Northop Hall Girls FC is a girls only football club based in Northop Hall, Flintshire in North Wales. The club's senior women's team joined the top level Welsh Premier League in 2011–12. The club withdrew from the league midway in the 2013/14 season because of a lack of players, but are now playing in the North Wales league again.
