William Ansah known professionally as Wan-O is a Ghanaian rapper and musician. [1] He is known for selling 1,000,000 physical copies of his music album, "Road to Greatness". [2] [ clarification needed ]

Early life

He was born on 31 October 1985 and has a degree in Human Resource Management. [3]

Career

Even though his music journey started at the age of 6, it wasn't until 2014 that he began music professionally. [4] [5] He released his first major single "Gbelemor" with an accompanying music video. [6]

In 2019, he teamed up with Feli Nuna, for the release of his breakthrough single, "No Size". [7] Later that year, he featured DopeNation on the single "Boozen". [8]

He released his second album "Made in Abelemkpe" in 2021, with S3fa and Goodgirl LA featuring on different singles in the album. [9] [10] The album also featured songs such as lead single, Abelemkpe with Joe Vibe [11] and Dey My Mind. [2]

Recognition

In 2016, he was nominated alongside Ebony Reigns, Feli Nuna, Nii Funny and the eventual winner Adomaa for the Unsung Category at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards. [12]

She signed her first record deal as 'Felly' with Lynx entertainment in 2012 and released her first official single 'Ghana Girl Swag' but disappeared off the scene for personal reasons and later resurfaced in 2015 under Beehyve Entertainment. Under Lynx Entertainment, she released ‘Ghana Girl Swag’ with the hit single "I like am". She then resurfaced with a new rebrand as Feli Nuna in 2015 under Beehyve Entertainment her former label with 'I like Am' and has been active since then. Peter Famiyeh Bozah, known by the stage name Fameye, is a Ghanaian rapper and musician from Bogoso. He is best known for his single "Nothing I Get". He released a remix of the song which featured Article Wan, Medikal and Kuami Eugene. He was a member of MTN Hitmaker Season 3. He won an award for the best new artist of the year at the 2020 VGMA's.

Panford Kofi Gad Manye, known by the mononym KGee, is a Ghanaian hiplife and hip-hop rapper. He started as the other half of the hiplife duo KgPM with The PM.
