Ocean Heights is a supertall residential skyscraper in Dubai Marina, Dubai, UAE. The tower stands 310 m (1,017 ft) tall with 83 floors. The tower is designed by Andrew Bromberg of Aedas. The building was topped out on 22 December 2009, and completed in 2010.
DAMAC Residenze, formerly named DAMAC Heights and Ocean Heights 2, is an 85-storey, 335 m (1,099 ft), supertall skyscraper in Dubai Marina, Dubai. It is the second supertall project by DAMAC Properties, the first being Ocean Heights, which is also located in Dubai Marina. The building overlooks the Palm Jumeirah.
Eaton's / John Maryon Tower was a proposed supertall 140-storey office skyscraper, to be built in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In 1971, Eaton's was to partner with a developer named John Maryon to build a 503 metre tower in the College Park area of Downtown Toronto. With a 183-metre communication mast added to the roof of the triangular glass office tower, the total proposed height was 686 metres. Plans for the tower were cancelled, because building a structure of this height was considered impossible at the time of its planning. The skyscraper was planned two years before the Willis Tower was completed, and five years before the CN Tower was completed. Had the tower been built, it would have been the world's tallest building until 2008, when the Burj Khalifa surpassed its planned height.
The Empire World Towers were two proposed supertall skyscrapers to be built in Miami, Florida in the United States. The complex consists of the Empire World Tower I and the Empire World Tower II. If completed, both towers would stand at 1,022 feet, with 93 stories each. They would surpass the Panorama Tower and become the city and state's tallest buildings, since the approved One Bayfront Plaza had been reduced to a height of 1,010 ft. The towers were not built, but in 2023 the supertall Waldorf Astoria Miami began construction on the same block at 300 Biscayne Boulevard.
The American Commerce Center was a proposed supertall skyscraper approved for construction in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania but cancelled due to the 2008 recession. The Comcast Technology Center, the tallest skyscraper in both Philadelphia and Pennsylvania, now stands on the site.
The Houston Tower was a plan for a 500-story skyscraper conceived in the 1970s to be built in Houston, originally designed as a research project for the feasibility of a 500-story building. American Architect Robert B. Sobel of Emery Roth & Sons, with engineer and fellow American Nat W. Krahl of Rice University, created a concept for a 500-story building made from 200-foot sided bundled triangular tubes. Sobel had theorized the construction of a 500-story building as early as 1947.

Haeundae LCT The Sharp is a major urban development project in Jung-dong, Haeundae District, Busan, South Korea. Located in front of Haeundae Beach, it consists of a 411.6 m (1,350 ft), 101-floor supertall landmark tower used as a hotel, and two 85-floor residential skyscrapers. It has an urban entertainment complex at the base housing a shopping mall, a hot spring spa and a water park. The landmark tower houses luxury and residential hotels with a convention center and an observatory on the 100th floor.
Yuexiu Fortune Center Tower 1 is a supertall skyscraper in Wuhan, Hubei, China. It has a height of 330 metres (1,080 ft). Construction began in 2012 and the building was completed in 2017. The tower is the tallest building in a complex which includes an additional 8 residential towers and a shopping mall.
Shum Yip Upperhills Tower 1 is a supertall skyscraper completed in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. It stand at 388.1 metres (1,273.3 ft) tall. Construction started on 12 February 2014 and was completed in 2020.
Heartland 66 Office Tower is a supertall skyscraper under construction in Wuhan, Hubei, China. It will be 320.9 meters tall. It has been under construction since 2015 and completed in 2020.
Tower Fifth is a skyscraper proposed for Midtown Manhattan in New York City. The developer, Macklowe Properties, has completed other projects including the redevelopment of the General Motors Building and construction of 432 Park Avenue. Plans for the structure were first revealed in January 2019, and the developer continued purchasing buildings to create an assemblage in 2019, closing on a building in March 2020, and continuing to eye buildings in June 2020. Demolition permits were first filed in April 2020.
The Asia Plaza is a vision supertall skyscraper that will rise 431 m (1,414 ft) in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The building will comprise 103 floors above ground as well as 7 basement levels. It is a part of the Asia Plaza Tri-Tower Complex, that comprise three buildings: the 103-storey Asia Plaza, the 49-storey Far Eastern Ding Ding Hotel and the 18-storey Mega'21 Far Eastern Shopping Complex, of which only the shopping complex was completed in 2001.
