Wayne Jackson (born 23 June 1971, Manchester, England) is an English singer, songwriter and producer, who lives in Berlin.
Born and raised in Manchester, Jackson now resides in Berlin. He studied English literature in Wales and has a degree. In addition to his interest in football (Manchester City F.C.) he has trained extensively in kick boxing, participating in the German national championships. He was the founder of the British band The Dostoyevskys who split up in the late 1990s. Before splitting, they were the support-act for Oasis on two of their tours. In 2005 Jackson co-wrote and appeared as featured vocalist and musician on Paul van Dyk's single "The Other Side".
Jackson produced the two solo albums of the German artist Bela B. (Bingo in 2006, Code B. in 2010). As a member of Bela B.'s live band Los Helmstedt, he played more than 60 shows. Jackson released his first solo album, The Long Goodbye in 2008. [1] The second single "Shine On" was part of the summer campaign of the German TV channel RTL in 2008. The first single was called "Glorious" and was co-written with Paul Van Dyk. [2] His second album, Undercover Psycho, was released in 2010 and entered the German Top 100 Album download charts at number 55. Influenced by New Order, U2, Editors or Snow Patrol, Jackson found his own unique and honest style. [3] He wrote, recorded, produced and played nearly all the instruments for this second album on his own. Undercover Psycho includes the single "Hallelujah" which was the theme song of the movie Die Tür starring Mads Mikkelsen and Jessica Schwarz. Another song "I’m so Beautiful" was used as part of an RTL campaign in March 2010. [2] The same year, Jackson released a cover version of the Lady Gaga hit "Bad Romance". The single reached the No. 1 position in the German radio stations "Radio Gong" and "Radio Berlin". [4] The b-side of the digital-only released single includes the song "Undercover Psycho". [5]
Besides his activities for Bela B. and his solo projects, he has also worked with the German singer Lula, who also lives in Berlin. These collaborations have covered her album Lost in Reverie, and further duets such as "Your Stars Never Shine" which can be found on Undercover Psycho. [2]
Since releasing his solo material Jackson has performed live, both with a full band and alone. In August and September 2008, he did a club tour through Germany to present his album The Long Goodbye. He was supported by Lula. In February 2010, a second tour followed. The same year, Jackson played a number of festival dates, including the Deichbrand-Festival. The Open Flair and the Welt-Astra-Tag in Hamburg. He also supported the American band Train, Sivert Höyem and Philipp Poisel.

3T is an American R&B/pop music trio featuring the three sons of Tito Jackson and Delores "Dee Dee" Jackson, from whom they inherit their Dominican ancestry. The band members include, from eldest, Tariano Adaryll Jackson II ("Taj"), Taryll Adren Jackson and Tito Joe Jackson ("TJ"). Gabriele Susanne Kerner, better known by her stage name Nena, is a German singer who rose to international fame in 1983 as the lead vocalist of the band Nena with the Neue Deutsche Welle song "99 Luftballons". In that same year, the band re-recorded this song in English as "99 Red Balloons". Nena's re-recording of some of the band's old hit songs as a solo artist, produced by the co-composer of most of them, her former Nena band colleague and keyboard player Uwe Fahrenkrog-Petersen, rekindled her solo career in 2002. Combined with the success of the Nena band years, she has sold over 25 million records, making her the most successful German pop singer in chart history.
Matthias Paul, known professionally as Paul van Dyk is a German DJ, record producer and musician. Van Dyk was the first artist to receive a Grammy Award nomination in the newly added category of Best Dance/Electronic album for his 2003 release Reflections. He was the first DJ to be named number one by Mixmag in 2005. By 2008, he had sold over 3 million albums worldwide.

Nadja Benaissa is a German singer and television personality. She rose to fame in late 2000 when she auditioned for the German adaption of the reality television show Popstars and became a member of the girl group No Angels, one of the best-selling girl groups of European origin of all time. During their hiatus, Benaissa released her solo album, Schritt für Schritt (2007), which produced the single "Ich hab dich", and represented Hesse in the Bundesvision Song Contest 2006 with the song, finishing in fourth place.

Reamonn was a German pop rock band fronted by local-based Irish singer/songwriter Rea Garvey. Formed in 1999, they have recorded and released a total of six full-length studio albums which were highly successful in Germany and also saw some success in other European countries. They gained recognition in 2000 with their song "Supergirl" from their debut album Tuesday. The band has been on an indefinite hiatus since 2012.
"The Other Side" is a single released on Paul van Dyk's second DJ mix album The Politics of Dancing 2. Paul van Dyk wrote the song in retort to the devastating tsunami which hit southeast Asia on 26 December 2004. Van Dyk believes it is important to recognise that many thousands of people were affected by this tragedy, and lost loved ones. "The Other Side" portrays the feeling of still being with a person, in one's thoughts, who has died. It expresses the faith and aspiration of seeing that person again on "the other side".
Martin Kesici is a German singer-songwriter and television personality. Kesici rose to prominence after winning the German version Star Search, a popular US talent contest. His debut single, "Angel of Berlin" reached number one on the German music charts. Also known as Em Kay, he is the lead singer and guitarist for the German rock band, Enrichment. As a solo artist, Kesici released the studio albums "Em Kay" (2003), which reached number two on German music charts and "So What...!? Em Kay II" (2005).

Culcha Candela is a dancehall, hip hop, house and reggae group from Berlin, Germany. Sources say they formed at different times but in the range of 2001–2003. Their lyrics range from political issues, such as "Una Cosa" or "Schöne, neue Welt" to party songs, such as "Partybus". The name Culcha Candela can be translated into English roughly as "hot" or "bright" culture.

Raymond "Rea" Michael Garvey is an Irish singer, songwriter and guitarist based in Germany. In 1998, he formed the band Reamonn. Over the 11 years that Garvey was their frontman, they saw chart-topping success in Europe, with a number of gold and platinum selling albums, Tuesday, Dream No. 7, Beautiful Sky, Wish and Eleven and several sold out European tours. In 2010, after the release of the band's best-of album/DVD "Eleven", and a best-of tour, the band parted ways. Garvey took this time to pursue a solo career, which gave birth to his first solo album "Can't Stand the Silence" in 2011. This album saw Garvey's transition from anthem rock with Reamonn, to alternative electro pop.
