Agnes Emilia Carlsson, known mononymously as Agnes, is a Swedish recording artist. She rose to fame as the winner of Idol 2005, the second season of the Swedish Idol series. Jill Anna Maria Johnson is a Swedish country and pop singer, songwriter and TV-hostess. She performed the Melodifestivalen 1998 contest winning song "Kärleken är", and represented Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest 1998 with that song, which finished 10th with 53 points. In 2003 she again entered Melodifestivalen with "Crazy in Love", which finished fourth in the final. She also hosted the final of Melodifestivalen 2005. Johnson is today one of the most successful artists in Sweden, with several Gold and Platinum records and since 2014 even hosts her own Swedish TV-show from Nashville, Jills veranda.

Ola Nils Håkan Svensson in Lund, Skåne, professionally known simply as Brother Leo, is a Swedish artist and songwriter. Until 2014, he was best known by his mononym Ola. His career began on Swedish Idol in 2005; however since coming 8th, Ola has released four albums. Eleven of his releases have reached Top 5, with 6 making it to number one on the Swedish singles chart, attaining gold and platinum certification. After being signed to Universal Music for many years, Ola founded his own record label Oliniho Records for the Swedish market, keeping distribution arrangements with Sony Music in Europe and internationally. Starting 2018, he records under the stage name of Brother Leo for Columbia Records.
E.M.D. was a Swedish boyband consisting of Erik Segerstedt, Mattias Andréasson and Danny Saucedo. All three members had participated on the Swedish version of Idol, with Erik as a finalist and Danny at 6th place on Idol 2006. Mattias was eliminated as the fourth runner-up on Idol 2007.

The album features 'Hope & Glory', Måns' entry into Melodifestivalen 2009, Sweden's selection process to decide their Eurovision entry. The album has peaked at number 1 on the Swedish album charts matching the success of the first album. Three single have charted from the album, "Hope & Glory", "Hold On" and "Impossible". The album was first released in Sweden on 25 March 2009. The limited edition was released one week after the initial album release on 1 April 2009 and does not differ musically from the standard edition. The only notable differences are that the text on the album cover is printed onto the case itself and not on the paper booklet. Also in the top left hand corner on the reverse of the case there is a Limited Edition number.
