What We Made is the debut studio album released by British recording artistExample. The album was initially due for release in June 2007, as stated on the back of the We Didn't Invent the Remix sleeve, however the album was delayed and was finally released on 17 September 2007. What We Made was later followed by the What We Almost Made mixtape.
It includes the singles "What We Made", "You Can't Rap", "I Don't Want To" and "So Many Roads" (a track previewed on his MySpace and live), all of which were released in the previous year. The track "Me & Mandy" also became a single. Though "I Don't Want To", "Birthday Card", "Today I Met Myself" and "So Many Roads" feature samples of old songs, Example stated in a Metro interview that he does not want to be seen as a rapper who merely covers songs and thus will try to distance himself from simply doing covers and remixes after the success of his mixtape. The album is written and performed entirely by Example and Rusher though many tracks feature additional backing vocals. The track "Milk Your Goat", about spiking girls alcoholic drinks with diamond rings, features the vocals of James Smith lead singer of Hadouken! (but credited under the name Jixilix), "Me & Mandy" features the vocals of Darren Gallagher from indie band The Natives, whom Example met whilst on tour supporting The Rifles. "Posh Birds" features vocals from Tomi Adeosun, a schoolfriend of Example's from his days at ADT College.[citation needed]

"Put You on the Game" is a single by American rapper and West Coast hip hop artist the Game, released as the final single from his debut album, The Documentary. Written by the Game himself and produced by both Timbaland and co-produced by Danja, the song was the album's fifth official single, and it was released on August 30, 2005. This was the first single released by the Game after a beef with former fellow G-Unit member 50 Cent fell apart and after the Game released the mixtape titled You Know What It Is Vol. 3. Also failing to match the popularity of his previous singles, and failing to chart on the Billboard Hot 100, the song peaked at number 96 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. The song was placed 44th on About.com's Best Hip-Hop Songs of 2005.
"Bonita Applebum" is the second single from A Tribe Called Quest's debut album People's Instinctive Travels and the Paths of Rhythm. The song contains samples of "Daylight" by RAMP, "Memory Band" by Rotary Connection, "Jagger the Dagger" by Eugene McDaniels and "Fool Yourself" by Little Feat. Rolling Stone featured "Bonita Applebum" on their list of 20 essential songs from the group.
Elliot John Gleave, known professionally as Example, is an English musician, singer, songwriter and record producer. He released his debut studio album, What We Made, in 2007, followed by the mixtape, What We Almost Made, in 2008. Example first found success in 2010 with the release of his second studio album, Won't Go Quietly, which peaked at number four on the UK Albums Chart and number one on the UK Dance Chart. The album had two top 10 singles, "Won't Go Quietly" and "Kickstarts".

We Didn't Invent the Remix is a remix album by London-born recording artist Example. After many setbacks and promises, Example released a 13-track limited-edition mixtape available through the Internet or at concerts during his spring 2007 tour supporting Plan B, The Rifles, and Just Jack). Underneath the track listing there is an advert for What We Made which is said to come out June 2007. Like this mixtape, it was set back for some time, eventually being released in September due to legal issues.

The song features American rapper Lil Wayne who co-wrote the song alongside Hilson and Zachary Anson Wallace. Production credits are shared between Danja and Polow da Don, who also co-wrote the song. Following the minimal chart success of Hilson's worldwide lead single "Energy" in the United States, international markets received "Return the Favor", while "Turnin Me On" was released as the third single in the US.
"React" is a song by American hip hop group Onyx. It was released on June 2, 1998 by JMJ Records, Rush Associated Labels and Def Jam as the third single from Onyx's third album, Shut 'Em Down. The song featured Onyx affiliates X1, Bonifucco and Still Livin' and then-unknown 50 Cent in his first official appearance on a song.
"Successful" is a song by Canadian rapper Drake and American singer Trey Songz featuring a guest appearance from Drake's mentor/labelmate American rapper Lil Wayne. The song was written by the trio and producer Noah "40" Shebib. The song served as the second single from Drake's mixtape, So Far Gone, and was included on Trey Songz's third studio album, Ready, sans Wayne and the addition of a new verse by Songz. Accompanied by a dark tone, the song's lyrics contain quips of self-determination.
"Fancy" is a song by Canadian rapper Drake, from his debut album, Thank Me Later. The song features vocals from American rapper T.I. and producer Swizz Beatz, the latter of whom also co-produced the track alongside Noah "40" Shebib. The song was released to US radio stations on August 3, 2010, as the album's fourth official single, however promotion of the track ended earlier than expected due to Drake's uncertainty towards the song's planned music video and promotion.
TrapGold is the second mixtape by Australian rapper Iggy Azalea, who released it as a free digital download on 11 October 2012. What We Almost Made is a 2008 mixtape by London-born entertainer Example. Similar to his previous full-length releases We Didn't Invent the Remix and What We Made, all of the songs in What We Almost Made were mainly written by Example and produced by Rusher. As the title suggests, What We Almost Made was made as a follow-up to What We Made and contains unreleased tracks that weren't included in any of his previous releases ; three of the songs, although, were originally B-sides taken from the vinyl releases of the singles "I Don't Want To", "So Many Roads" and "Me & Mandy".

3860 is a collaborative mixtape by American rappers Quando Rondo and YoungBoy Never Broke Again. It was released through Atlantic Records and Never Broke Again on November 25, 2022. The mixtape features a sole guest appearance from Lul Timm. Four singles supported the mixtape: "Give Me a Sign", "Cream Soda", "Keep Me Dry", and "It's On". YoungBoy's in-house producer and engineer Jason "Cheese" Goldberg and Quando's engineer, Jacoby “CxbGoCrazy” Cherry mixed, mastered, and recorded every track on the mixtape. The album also features production from many prestigious producers such as 808Melo, Bankroll Got It, Dmac, Droc, Pooh Beatz, Synco, and Yakree. The mixtape marks Quando's first project of 2022 and YoungBoy's seventh project of 2022.
