Where's Everybody (WE) was founded in 1999 as a TV production company, a partnership between Peppi Azzopardi, Lou Bondi and PJ Vassallo Mintoff. [1] Individually, the first two currently host the two current affairs and discussion programmes in Malta namely Xarabank and Bondiplus respectively.

In 2013 the firm handed termination notices to all of its employees. [2] At the time, the directors of the firm denied that the company was closing down. [3]
