Plot

Divya's daughter is kidnapped, and she teams up with the police to confront the psychopathic abductor. ACP Vetri, connected to the case, grapples with a moral crisis. Can Divya rescue her child and will Vetri find redemption?

The film began production in 2022 in Chennai [2] [3] and is the directorial debut of K Rajashekar. [4] [5]

Release

White Rose got theatrically released on 5 April 2024 and will begin streaming on Aha Tamil from 27 December 2024. [6]

Reception

Jayabhuvaneshwari B of Cinema Express rated two star out of five star and noted that "Anandhi delivers a powerful performance, effortlessly embodying a worried mother and a terrified young woman". [7] Times Now wrote that "In all, White Rose comes across as a film that is interesting in parts." [8]
