Thomas Wesley Pentz, known professionally as Diplo, is an American DJ and music producer. He is the co-creator and lead member of the electronic dancehall music project Major Lazer, a member of the supergroup LSD with Sia and Labrinth, a member of electronic duo Jack Ü with producer and DJ Skrillex, and a member of Silk City with Mark Ronson. He founded and manages record company Mad Decent, as well as co-founding the non-profit organization Heaps Decent. His 2013 EP, Revolution, debuted at number 68 on the US Billboard 200. The EP's title track was later featured in a commercial for Hyundai and is featured on the WWE 2K16 soundtrack.
David James Andrew Taylor, better known by his stage name Switch, is an English songwriter, DJ, sound engineer, and record producer. He is best known for his work with Beyonce, M.I.A. and Major Lazer, of which he was a founding member. He was nominated at the 51st Annual Grammy Awards in the Song of the Year category for ‘Paper Planes’ by M.I.A. which he co-produced with Diplo. Other artists he has produced include Christina Aguilera, Chaka Khan, Santigold, and Brandy among many others. He has released various singles under his own name, and is also well known for remixing and producing for many major artists.
Major Lazer is an American electronic dance music DJ trio, which includes record producer Diplo, and DJs Walshy Fire and Ape Drums. It originates from Kingston, Jamaica, and was founded in 2008 by Diplo and Switch, with Switch leaving after three years in 2011. He was then replaced by both Jillionaire and Walshy Fire. In June 2019, Jillionaire left the group and was replaced by Ape Drums. Its music spans numerous genres, mixing reggae with dancehall, reggaeton, soca, house and moombahton.

He gained fame through "La Colegiala" with Fresh Coast featuring vocals of Jody Bernal, remake of the Walter León Aguilar hit. Also in 2017, he was featured as one of the promising DJs in the Dutch reality show The Next Icons. "La Colegiala" charted in the Netherlands and Sweden, shortly after which he signed a record deal with Spinnin' Records. His remake of Shakira's "Whenever, Wherever" as "Whenever" with Kris Kross Amsterdam featuring vocals of British singer Conor Maynard charted internationally and was certified platinum in the Netherlands.

Brightest Blue is the fourth studio album by English singer and songwriter Ellie Goulding. It was released on 17 July 2020 through Polydor Records. Originally scheduled for 5 June 2020, the album's release was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The album was preceded by three singles: "Worry About Me", "Power" and "Slow Grenade", and features guest vocals from Blackbear, Diplo, Juice WRLD, Lauv, serpentwithfeet and Swae Lee. It is Goulding's first album since Delirium (2015). Brightest Blue received generally positive reviews from music critics. The album was also a commercial success. It became Goulding's third album to peak at number one in the UK and fourth album to debut inside the top three on the chart. The album also peaked inside the top ten in several other countries. To promote the album, Goulding was set to embark on the Brightest Blue Tour on 28 April 2021, however this was pushed back to 5 October 2021 due to COVID-19 restrictions in the UK.
"Don't Forget My Love" is a song by American DJ and record producer Diplo and American singer Miguel. It was released on February 11, 2022, via Higher Ground Records from Diplo's self-titled fourth studio album. The song was written by Diplo, Miguel, Bas van Daalen, Jasper Helderman and Maximilian Jaeger, and produced by Diplo and Maximilian Jaeger. Diplo also released this as a music NFT sharing streaming revenues with owners. The song received a nomination for Best Dance/Electronic Recording at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards.
