Williamston High School was a public high school located in Williamston, North Carolina. [1] It was one of four high schools in Martin County Schools and closed circa 2010. Students formerly served by this school are now served by Riverside High School.

Williamston Colored School, also known as E. J. Hayes School and E. J. Hayes High School, is a historic Rosenwald School building located at Williamston, Martin County, North Carolina, USA. It was built between 1930 and 1931 and is a one-story, five-bay, "H"-shaped, Colonial Revival style red brick building. It has two projecting pedimented gable-front wings, a hipped roof, and large decorative brick panels in a basketweave bond. A three classroom addition was built in 1939.

The Williamston Martins were a minor league baseball team based in Williamston, North Carolina. From 1937 to 1941, the Martins played as exclusively as members of the Coastal Plain League, winning the 1939 league championship. Williamston hosted home minor league games at Taylor Field.
