With One Last Breath are an English metalcore band from York, England.
The band was formed in 2008 with original members Sam Graves, Joe Graves, Chris Bowling and Jake Holmes. In 2010, they released their first EP of the same name. [2] The EP included guest vocals from Danny Worsnop of Asking Alexandria and Davey Richmond of Glamour of the Kill, but sometime after the release, bassist Jake Holmes left the band and was replaced by Joe Lancaster (formerly of Asking Alexandria). [3] Also in 2011, The band recruited Spencer Costello as their new lead singer. The band released a series of independent singles including Hell We Create, Forgive Never Forget [4] and After the Suffering which was accompanied with a music video. [5]
In early 2013, it was announced that Spencer Costello had parted ways with the band, and due to this Sam Graves who was previously the guitarist and the initial frontman of the band, became the main vocalist once again, with Alex Scott taking his place on guitar. [6] The band released their second EP in 2013 [7] along with a music video for 'Until The End'. [8] In January 2014, it was announced that the band had been working on their debut album titled The Fearless Ones and was set to be released on 14 April the same year. The announcement was followed with a release of a single of the same name from the record. [9] On 3 March 2014, the band released preorders for the album on iTunes, which included the playlist and a new song was included with the preorder, "Broken." On the album, there will be rerecordings of four old songs: "Hell We Create," "Forgive, Never Forget," "After the Suffering," and "Wake it Up."[ citation needed ] On 29 March, the band announced that Joe Graves had left the band to pursue a career in musical engineering, however this has not hindered the bands progress in releasing the album and has not disrupted their touring. ALLSCHOOLS describes the musical style as a mix of Bullet for My Valentine and Asking Alexandria. On highwiredaze.com called critic Kenneth Morton Heavy Metal as an influence in the music style of the band. The song I'm Taking Over (Thanks To You) Morton described as a hybrid of In Flames and A Skylit Drive.

Joe Holmes is an American heavy metal guitarist best known for his stint with Ozzy Osbourne between 1995 and 2001. He has also played with Van Halen frontman David Lee Roth and the L.A. band Lizzy Borden in addition to leading his own bands, Terriff, and currently, Farmikos.

The Amity Affliction is an Australian metalcore band from Gympie, Queensland, formed in 2003. The band's current line-up consists of Ahren Stringer, Joel Birch, Dan Brown (guitar) and Joe Longobardi (drums). The Amity Affliction has released seven studio albums including Severed Ties (2008), Youngbloods (2010), Chasing Ghosts (2012), Let the Ocean Take Me (2014), This Could Be Heartbreak (2016) and Misery (2018), the latter four debuting at number one on the ARIA charts. They are known for their highly personal songs, often dealing with depression, anxiety, death, substance abuse, and suicide, many lyrics stemming from vocalist Joel Birch's past struggles. The Amity Affliction released their album, Everyone Loves You... Once You Leave Them, on 21 February 2020.
"A Dustland Fairytale" is a song by American rock band The Killers, released as the fourth single from the band's third studio album, Day & Age (2008). The Killers performed the song live on Late Night with David Letterman accompanied by an orchestra in 2009.
Asking Alexandria are a British rock band from York, North Yorkshire, consisting of guitarists Ben Bruce and Cameron Liddell, drummer James Cassells, lead vocalist Danny Worsnop, and bassist Sam Bettley.
Black Veil Brides is an American rock band based in Hollywood, California. The group formed in 2006 in Cincinnati, Ohio and is currently composed of lead vocalist Andy Biersack, rhythm guitarist and violinist Jinxx, lead guitarist Jake Pitts, drummer Christian "CC" Coma and bassist Lonny Eagleton. Black Veil Brides are known for their use of black makeup, body paint, tight black studded clothing, and long hair, which were all inspired by the stage personas of Kiss and Mötley Crüe, as well as other 1980s glam metal acts.
Reckless & Relentless is the second studio album by British rock band Asking Alexandria. It was released on 5 April 2011 through Sumerian Records and was produced by Joey Sturgis. Announced on 22 December 2009, recording for the album began in June 2010 at the Foundation Recording Studios in Connersville, Indiana and ended in the fall of that year. The songs "Welcome", "Reckless & Relentless", "To the Stage", "Dear Insanity", and "A Lesson Never Learned" make up the short film Through Sin + Self-Destruction, which features the band's "party hard" lifestyle.
We Are Defiance is an American metalcore band from Ocala, Florida, United States. Founded in 2009 by former Sleeping with Sirens and Paddock Park singer Brian Calzini, the band released their only album, Trust in Few, in early 2011 on Tragic Hero.
Danny Robert Worsnop is an English singer most prominently known as the lead vocalist of rock bands Asking Alexandria and We Are Harlot. He has worked with several artists including I See Stars, With One Last Breath, Breathe Carolina, Memphis May Fire, The Word Alive, All That Remains, and Testarossa, providing guest vocals on several songs.
Jacob Harris Miller is an American singer, songwriter and rapper born in Washington, D.C. but raised in Weston, FL. On November 5, 2013, Miller released his debut album Us Against Them, and subsequently embarked on a nationwide concert tour in support of the album. On August 19, 2016, the same day as he began as the support act for Fifth Harmony's The 7/27 Tour, Miller's 7-song EP titled Overnight was released. He later released his second album, 2:00am in LA, as an independent artist in 2017. He released his third album called Silver Lining on March 9, 2018. He released his EP Based on a True Story, on March 29, 2019, which he largely produced in his own bedroom.
Secrets is an American metalcore/post-hardcore band formed in San Diego, California in 2010. After being signed to Rise Records in 2011, Secrets released their debut full-length album, The Ascent, in January 2012. The record debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart and became the first Velocity Records release to appear on the Billboard Top 200, debuting at No. 185.
Victim to Villain is the second full-length album by American rock band New Years Day, released on June 11, 2013, through Century Media Records, their first and only for the label. This is the first official full-length from New Years Day in six years.
Us Amongst The Rest is an English hard rock band from York, England. The band has shared stages with Heaven's Basement and were at a show with members of Asking Alexandria in their hometown of York to perform a secret DJ set. Us Amongst The Rest recorded their debut studio album at Innersound Studios. It was released in 2014. The name of the band derives from an ironic perception that all new bands sound the same.
Upon This Dawning was an Italian metalcore band from Brescia, founded in 2007. They have released one EP and three studio albums. Their final album We Are All Sinners was released in April 2014.
Joe Lancaster is the former bassist of metalcore band With One Last Breath and rock band Asking Alexandria. He currently plays second trumpet with New York Brass Band, a New Orleans style Brass Band from York.
Greta Van Fleet is an American rock band from Frankenmuth, Michigan, formed in 2012. It consists of Kiszka brothers Josh (vocals), Jake (guitar) and Sam ; and Danny Wagner (drums). They were signed to Lava Records in March 2017, and a month later they released their debut studio EP, Black Smoke Rising. Their debut single, "Highway Tune", topped the Billboard U.S. Mainstream Rock and Active Rock charts in September 2017 for four weeks in a row. Their second EP, From the Fires, containing the four songs from Black Smoke Rising and four new songs, was released on November 10, 2017, alongside a second single, "Safari Song". From the Fires went on to win the 2019 Grammy Award for Best Rock Album.
Like a House on Fire is the sixth studio album by British rock band Asking Alexandria. It was released on 15 May 2020 through Sumerian Records. It was produced by Matt Good. The album shows the group's continuity of a more straight forward and melodic hard rock sound, as established on their previous self-titled fifth album, while also shift into different genres. The album is also the last release from the band under Sumerian Records.
