Without Warning were an American progressive metal band from New York City, formed in 1987. The band was noted for their Christian themes and progressive sound.
Without Warning released a 20-minute demo in 1992.
In 1993, one year after the release of their demo, they released their debut album. Making Time was released originally by Japanese metal label Zero Corporation. The album was originally recorded and mixed by guitarist Ted Burger and engineer Jeff Reidmiller in one week. The pre-release recordings caught the attention of several influential Japanese critics including Masa Itoh and Koh Sakai leading to the decision to spend additional time and bringing in Eddie Kramer to remix the record. Making Time spawned several hit songs including "Taste of Sin" which reached No. 19 on Japan's Burrn! magazine charts. The song "Making Time" also became the theme song for Koh Sakai's Power Rock Today radio show and remained there for several years. Making Time was listed as the No. 19 album of the year for 1993 on Japan's Burrn! magazine charts. It was reissued in 2004 under the independent label Heavencross Records in Europe. [1]
Two years after the release of their debut album, they released their second album Believe. [2] Believe was produced by Alex Perialas. Guitarist Ted Burger was featured in Japan's Young Guitar magazine and was voted the fourth-best guitarist in MVP's readers poll.
In 1998, they released their third and final album, Step Beyond. [3] [4]
Following the release of the album in 1998, in 1999 the band broke up.

As of 2020, the band consists of Matheos, vocalist Ray Alder, bassist Joey Vera, drummer Bobby Jarzombek and guitarist Michael Abdow. Fates Warning also had a revolving cast of drummers and guitarists by the time Jarzombek and Abdow joined the band in 2007 and 2020 respectively.
Death Angel is an American thrash metal band from Daly City, California, initially active from 1982 to 1991 and again since 2001. It has released nine studio albums, two demo tapes, one box set and three live albums. The band has gone through several line-up changes, leaving guitarist Rob Cavestany as the only constant member; he and vocalist Mark Osegueda are the only members of to appear on all of their studio albums.

Seventh Angel are an English former Christian metal band that formed in 1987 in Halesowen, West Midlands. The band was known for its combination of doom metal and thrash metal. The band initially released two albums, The Torment (1990) and Lament for the Weary (1992), before disbanding; these records achieved mainstream distribution through the Music for Nations label, making Seventh Angel label mates with such groups as Metallica, Slayer and Megadeth. The Daily Telegraph called Seventh Angel "one of the leading Christian thrash metal bands in Great Britain."
