Saint Etienne are an English band from London, formed in 1990. The band consists of Sarah Cracknell, Bob Stanley and Pete Wiggs. They became associated with the UK's indie dance scene in the 1990s, beginning with the release of their debut album Foxbase Alpha in 1991. Their work has been described as uniting 1990s club culture with 1960s pop and other disparate influences. The name of the band comes from the French football club of AS Saint-Étienne.
Breed 77 was an Gibraltarian rock band from the British Overseas Territory of Gibraltar. The band was formed in 1996 and played a combination of alternative metal, rock, and flamenco.

In My Blood is the third studio album by Gibraltarian Flamenco metal quintet Breed 77. This album was produced by Ron Saint-Germain noted for his work with Soundgarden, Tool, Creed and Bad Brains. It was slated for release July 3, 2006, but was eventually released on September 11, 2006. In My Blood has produced three singles so far, these being "Alive", "Look at Me Now", and "Blind". It was recorded in Monnow Valley Studio and Albert's Studio in London.

The line-up for this single consisted of: Paul Isola, Danny Felice, Stuart Cavilla, Pete Chichone and Pedro Caparros.

The song samples 2 Unlimited's "Get Ready for This" written by Phil Wilde, Jean-Paul de Coster and Ray Slijngaard. On the 2015 UK re-release of the Let's Get to It album, Wilde and de Coster were credited as co-authors of the song (Stock/Waterman/Minogue/DeCoster/Wilde). The song also samples Freestyle Orchestra's "Keep On Pumping It Up" and the Salt-N-Pepa song "I Like It Like That".
